Abstract

내광성이 우수한 내광성 표패지용 엘라스토미 조성물 및 그 조성물로 이루어지는 공업부품용 표피재를 제공한다. 상기 조성물은 에틸렌-프로필렌-디시클로펜타디엔 터폴리머 고무 및/또는 에틸렌-부텐-1-디시클로펜타디엔 터폴리머고무(A), 올레핀계 폴리머(B) 및 광물유(C)로 구성된다.

Claims (9)

100℃무늬점도(ML1+4100℃)가 30-350이고 에틸렌-프로필렌-디시클로펜타디엔 터플리머고무와 에틸렌-부텐-1-디시클로펜타디엔 터플리머 고무로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 터폴리머 고무(A) 100중량부, 상기 터폴리머 고무(A) 100중량부에 대하여 올레핀계 폴리머 5-150중량부 및 광물유 0-150중량부로 구성되는 혼합물을 부분가교하여 얻어지는 내광성 표피재용 엘라스토머 조성물.
100℃무늬점도 (ML1+4100℃)가 30-350이고 에틸렌-프로필렌-디시클로펜타디엔 에틸렌-부텐-1-디스클로펜타디엔 터폴리머고무로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 터폴리머 고무(A) 100중량부당 광물유(C) 150중량부 이하를 함유하는 유전에틸렌 터폴리머 고무 40-95중량% 및 올레핀계 폴리머 5-60중량%로 구성되는 혼합물을 부분가교하여 얻어지는 내공성 표피재용 엘라스토머 조성물.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디시클로펜타디엔 터폴리머가 플로필렌 함량이 10-55중량%, 디시클로펜타디엔 함량이 1-30중량%이고 에틸렌 함량이 그 나머지인 엘라스토머 조성물.
제2항에 있어서, 유전 에틸렌 터폴리머 고무(D)가 100℃무늬점도(ML1+4100℃)가 30-150인 엘라스토머 조성물.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 올레핀계 폴리머(B)가 폴리프로필렌 또는 프로필렌-α-올레핀 코폴리머인 엘라스토머 조성물.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 엘라스토머 조성물로 이루어지는 공업부품용 내광성 표피재.
제6항에 있어서, 공업부품이 자동차부품인 내광성 표피재.
제7항에 있어서, 자동차부품이 계기판인 내광성 표피재.
제7항에 있어서, 자동차부품이 도어트림인 내광성 표피재.
