Abstract
특히 프로그램가능 레이저 로보트와 같은 레이저 장치(1)로서, 압전센서의 행이 있는 레이저 광선 촛점 조정헤드(4)를 가지며, 레이저 광선에 의해 산업적 처리를 수행하는 동안에 처리되는 작업 조각(6)의 온도을 탐지하도록 된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 촛점 조정헤드를 가지는 레이저 로보트의 개략적 사시도.
제2도 및 3도는 촛점 조정헤드의 두 가능한 실시예를 확대하여 도시한 단면도.
제2a도는 본 발명의 기본원리를 도시한 도면.
Claims (5)
- 레이저 광선에 의해 산업적 처리를 받게될 작업조각(6)으로 레이저광선(5)의 촛점을 조정하기 위한 수단(11)이 있는 촛점 조정헤드(4)를 갖는 레이저장치(1)이며, 이같은 장치가 처리된 부분내의 작업조각(6)의 온도를 나타내는 신호를 방출하기 위한 압전센서(13) 그리고 이 센서(13)에 의해 신호출력을 처리하기 위한 전자장치(8)을 포함하는 것으로서; -압전센서(13)이 레이저장치의 촛점 조정헤드(4)상에 장치되고, 그리고 -센서(13)이 한행의 압전센서들로 구성된 레이저 광선(5)가 촛점이 맞춰진 작업조각(6)의 면적(A)를 가로지르며 연장되는 가상의 선(20)을 따라 온도를 모니터하도록함을 특징으로 하는 촛점 조정헤드를 갖는 레이저장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 압전센서들의 행이 장치되어 있는 촛점 조정헤드(4)를 지니는 리스트핀(wrist)(3)에서 끝나는 조작아망을 갖는 프로그램 가능한 레이저 로보트에 의해 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 촛점조정헤드를 갖는 레이저 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압전센서(13)의 행이 촛점 조정헤드(4)상에 장치된 모니터유닛(12)의 일부를 형성시키며, 또한 광학적 시스템(16), 광학적 변조기 또는 "쵸퍼(chopper)"(17), 그리고 작업조각으로부터 센서를 향하는 열방사선의 경로내에 오는 광학필터(18)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 촛점 조정헤드를 갖는 레이저 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 촛점 조정헤드가 선택적 반사경(14)를 가져서 레이저 광선(5)의 파장에 대해서는 투과하고 작업 조각으로부터 레이저 광선(5)를 향하여 방사되는 열에너지의 파장은 반사시키도록 하며, 모니터유닛(12)가 이같은 선택적 반사경에 의해 반사된 열방사선을 수용하도록 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 촛점 조정헤드를 갖는 레이저 장치.
- 전술한 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 모니터유닛(12)의 축(12a)가 레이저 광선의 축(5a)를 향하게되며 촛점이 맞춰진 부분(A)와 일치하여 이 축(5a)와 교차하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 촛점 조정헤드를 갖는 레이저 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
