Abstract
프리필터지역(18)내에 프리필터를, 최종 필터지역(22)내에 최종필터를 포함하는 필터시스팀(10)이 제공된다. 프리필터는 적어도 하나의 관성필터, 즉 측류선풍(30)의 어레이(28) 형태이고, 최종필터는 심부를 따라 불균일한 조직인 치솟은 베트상의 섬유상 재료로 형성된 매체필터(36)의 형태이다. 상류측은 치솟아있고 하류측은 고정된 구조이다. 오염된 공기류 흐름은 입구(12)를 통해 들어가고, 오염물은 측류선풍에 의해 여과되어 먼지카버(32)를 통해 제거된다. 예비여과된 공기류는 챔버(20)를 거쳐 매체필터(36)를 통과하여 흐르고, 매체필터내에서 최종 여과후 챔버(24) 및 출구(14)를 통해 배출된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 필터시스팀의 제1예를 보여주는 단면도, 제2도는 제1도의 필터시스팀의 일부분을 형성하는 단측류선풍 또는 소용돌이 튜브를 보여주는 확대측단면도, 제3도는 제1도의 필터시스팀의 일부분을 형성하는 것으로 제2도의 선풍 또는 소용돌이 튜브와 같은 측류선풍 또는 소용돌이 튜브들의 정렬상태를 보여주는 3차원도.
Claims (10)
- 관성필터(30) 형태로된 프리필터(28)와 매체필터(36) 형태로된 최종필터를 포함하는 필터시스팀(10,110)에 있어, 상기 매체필터(36)는 심부를 가지며 심부를 따라 불균일한 조직을 갖는 섬유상 재료로된 필터요소를 포함하고, 사용시 상류측이 되는 필터의 제1측(72)에 위치한 제1심부(68)는 치솟아 있고, 사용시 하류측이 되는 필터의 제2측(74)에 의치한 제2심부(70)는 고정구조인 것을 특징으로한 필터시스팀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관성필터는 적어도 하나의 측류선풍 또는 소용돌이 튜브(30) 형태인 것을 특징으로한 필터시스팀.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 최종필터의 필터요소(36)는 상류측(72)으로 부터 하류측(74)으로 점진적으로 조직이 변형되어 있는 것임을 특징으로한 필터시스팀.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 필터요소는 제1측(72)쪽으로 비교적 두터운 오버레이 또는 커패서티층(68)과 제2측(74)쪽으로 비교적 얇은 폴리싱층(70) 또는 효과층을 포함하는 혼합필터 요소인 것을 특징으로한 필터시스팀.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 필터요소는 비교적 얇은 폴리싱층 또는 효과층(70)을 그위에 포함하는 혼합필터 요소의 일부를 형성한 비교적 두터운 오버레이 또는 커패서티층(68) 형태이고, 상기 두터운 오버레이 또는 커패시티층은 사용시 상류측(72)에 있도록 배열되고, 상기 얇은 폴리싱층 또는 효과층은 사용시 하류측(74)에 있도록 배열됨을 특징으로한 필터시스팀.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 폴리싱증(70)은 고정된 섬유상 재료의 베트형태인 것을 특징으로한 필터시스팀.
- 제4 내지 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 최종필터의 제1심부(68)는 천연 섬유, 합성스프라스틱 재료섬유, 천연섬유와 합성재료 섬유의 혼합중 하나를 포함하도록 선택된 재료로 형성된 것임을 특징으로한 필터시스팀.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 섬유들은 섬도가 10데니어 이하인 것임을 특징으로한 필터시스팀.
- 제4항 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제2심부(70)는 필터요소가 제2심부측(74)에서 열처리에 의해 치솟은 배트형상의 섬유상재료로 형성되도록 적합하게 고정가능한 섬유를 표함하는 것을 특징으로한 필터시스팀.
- 관성필터의 매체필터가 공간적으로 분리되고 도관(120)에 의해 서로 연결되는 것을 특징으로한 상기 청구항중 어느 하나에 기재된 필터 시스팀.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
