Abstract

에어백장치에 있어서의 에어백의 전개시에 에어백이 빠짐을 방지하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
에어백기포(18A)에 보강포(46)가 겹쳐 있으며, 봉합사(60), (62)에 의해 봉합되어 있다.
봉합사(62) 근처의 되접혀진 부분에는 자루형상의 부분(64)이 설치되고, 그 내부에 로드(66)가 삽입되어 있다.
봉합사(60), (62)의 사이의 부분이 플레이트(44)와 콘테이너(12)와의 사이에서 협지되고, 볼트(19)로 고정되어 있다.
에어백이 전개해서 에어백기포(18A)에 인출방향으로 힘이 가해진 경우에, 로드(66)가 플레이트(44)와 콘테이너(12)와의 사이의 협지부에 닿아서 에어백의 빠짐이 확실하게 방지된다.
또, 보강포(46)를 포함하는 모든 천에 대해서 동일방향으로 인장응력이 작용하게 된다.
이때문에 봉합사(60), (62) 부분에 있어서의 전단응력이 극히 작게 되어 이들에 의한 봉합강도의 필요치의 저감을 도모할 수 있다.

Description

조수석용 에어백장치에 있어서의 콘테이너에 대한 에어백의 부착구조
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는, 본 실시예에 의한 에어백의 부착구조를 표시하는 단면도이다. 제2도는 다른 실시예에 의한 에어백의 부착구조를 표시하는 단면도이다, 제3도는 또다른 실시예에 의한 에어백의 부착구조를 표시하는 단면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 전면이 개방된 상자형상의 콘테이너(12), 접혀진 상태로 그 콘테이너(12)내에 수납된 에어백(18), 에어백(18)의 개방구 가장자리를 콘테이너(12)의 입구와의 사이에서 협지하고 있는 플레이트(44), 플레이트(44)를 콘테이너(12)에 대해서 고정하고 있는 금구 등으로 구성된 조수석용 에어백장치에 있어서의 콘테이너에 대한 에어백의 부착구조에 있어서, 에어백(18)의 개방구 가장자리는 선단측으로부터 되접혀져서 겹쳐 있으며, 되접혀진 선단부 가장자리를 따라서 봉합하므로써, 그 선단부 가장자리를 따라서 연재하는 자루형상의 부분(64)이 형성되며, 자루형상의 부분(64)에는 로드(66)가 삽입되어 있고, 또, 상기한 되접혀져서 겹쳐진 부분이 상기한 플레이트(44)와 콘테이너(12)와의 사이에서 협지되며, 상기한 자루형상의 부분(64)이 이 협지부를 따라서 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조수석용 에어백장치.
  2. 전면이 개방된 상자형상의 콘테이너(12), 접혀진 상태로 그 콘테이너(12)내에 수납된 에어백(18), 에어백(18)의 개방구 가장자리를 콘테이너(12)의 입구와의 사이에서 협지하고 있는 플레이트(44), 플레이트(44)를 콘테이너(44)에 대해서 고정하고 있는 금구 등으로 구성된 조수석용 에어백장치의 콘테이너에 대한 에어백의 부착구조에 있어서, 에어백의 개방구 가장자리는 선단측으로부터 되접혀져서 겹쳐있으며, 되접혀진 선단부 가장자리를 따라서 봉합되고, 이 봉합용 실은 천으로 부터 돌출하는 돌기부를 형성하고 있으며, 또 되접혀져서 봉합된 부분이 상기한 플레이트(44)와 콘테이너(12)와의 사이에서 협지되고, 상기한 돌기부가 이 협지부를 따라서 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조수석용 에어백장치에 있어서의 콘테이너에 대한 에어백의 부착구조.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 에어백(18)의 개방부 가장자리의 천에 대해서 보강포(46)가 겹쳐 있으며, 그 보강포(46)는 에어백(18)의 개방부 가장자리의 천에 대해서 상기한 봉합부에서 봉합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조수석용 에어백장치에 있어서의 콘테이너에 대한 에어백의 부착구조.
  4. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 플레이트(44)의 앞쪽 가장자리는 상기한 콘테이너(12)의 입구의 앞쪽 가장자리보다도 전방으로 돌출하며, 또, 상기한 에어백(10)의 되접혀진 부분을 감싸도록 플레이트(44)의 앞쪽 가장자리가 굽혀있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조수석용 에어백장치에 있어서의 콘테이너에 대한 에어백의 부착구조.
