Abstract

카르복신산 아미드와 포틈산 에스테르 또는 카르복시산 아미드와 알코올과 일산화 탄소를 감염기성 음이온 교환수지의 존재하에서 반옹시키므로서 카르복시산 에스테르와 포틈아미드들 효율적으로 제조하는 방법이 제시되어있다.
촉매로서 강염기성 음이온 교환 수지를 사용하므로서 본 발명의 방법은 카르복시산 아미드와 포틈산 에스테르 등으로부터 온화한 반웅 조건으로 선택서잉양호하게 카르복시산 에스테르와 포름아미드를 제조하는 것이 가능하게 되고, 촉매의 분리도 용이한 것 때문에 그 공업적인 의의는 극히 크다.

Claims (10)

  1. 카르복시산 아미드와 포름산 에스테르 또는 카르복시산 아미드와 알코올과 일산화 탄소를 강염기성 음이온 교환수지의 존재하에 반응시키는 것을 특징으르 하는 카르복시산 에스테르와 포름아미드의 제조법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 카르복시산 아미드와 포름산 에스테르를 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 카르복시산 에스테르의 포름 아미드의 제조법
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 카르복시산 아미드와 포름산 에스테르의 존재하 또는 불존재하에서 알코올 및 일산화 탄소와 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 카르복시산 에스테르와 포름 아미드의 제조법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서. 음이온 교환수지가 트리알킬 치환 질소원자를 갖는 제4암모늄기로 된 음이온 교환기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 카르복시산 에스테르와 포름아미드의 제조법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 음이온 교환수지가 디알킬 에탄올아민 양이온을 갖는 제4암모늄기로된 음이온 교환기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 카르복시산 에스테르와 포름아미드의 제조법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서. 카르복시산 아미드가 지방족 카르복시산 아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 카르복시산 에스테펀와 포름 아미드의 제조법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 카르복시산 아미드가 α-히드록시 카르복시산 아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 카르복시산 에스테르와 포름 아미드의 제조법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서 카르복시산 아미드가 니트릴의 수환반응 또는 아민과 일산화 탄소의 반응으로 합성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카르육시산 에스테르와 포름 아미드의 제조법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서. 탄소수 1-10의 지방족 알코올 인 것을 특징으로 하는 카르복시산 에스테르와 포름 아미드의 제조법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 포름산 에스테르가 탄소수 1-10의 지방족 알코올과 포름산과의 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 카르복시산 에스테르와 포름 아미드의 제조법.
