Abstract

본 발명은 구조적으로 간단하고 작동시기 조절이 용이한 유압제어장치의 방향전환밸브를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
이를 실현하기 위하여 본 발명은, 3단 공급압 포트와 4단 공급압 포느, 앞 클러치 및 킥 다운 밴드 브레이크 해방압 포트, 그리고 앤드 클러치 공급알 포트가 뚫려진 하우징과 이 하우징내에 위치하며 면적이 다른 랜드를 갖고 스프링으로 탄력설치되는 스폴과로 구성되는 방향전환밸브를 제공하고 있다.

제2도는 본 발명의 방향전환밸브가 설치된 상태의 유압회로도.

Claims (2)

  1. 3단 공급알 포트(23), 4단 공급알 포트(24), 앞 클러치 및 킥 다운 밴드 브레이크 해방압 포트(25) 그리고 앤드 클러치 고공급알 포트(26)을 구비한 하우징(20)과, 이 하우징(20)의 내측에 일측만이 스프링(22)으로 탄력설치되는 스폴(21)과로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기 유압제어장치의 방향전환밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스폴(21)은 앤드 블러치 공급압 포트(26)와 연통되는 쳄버(C)측에 작은 면적을 갖는 랜드(28)가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기 유압제어장치의 방향전환 밸브.
