Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify the structure of an electronic control circuit and to increases its durability by omitting sensors, by providing the first and the second proportional pressure controlling solenoid valves for controlling a pilot cylinder for driving a spool of a directional switching valve.
CONSTITUTION: When the first proportional pressure controlling solenoid valve 34 is excited and its valve opening pressure, i.e., pressure on the upstream side of the valve 34 is raised to P1, pressure in a pressure chamber 33 at one side of a differential-pressure piston 32 is also raised to P1, the piston 32 is pushed to the right in the drawing by a force P1Sa, where Sa in the pressure receiving area of piston 32 at said one side of the same. Resultantly, piston 32 pulls the spool of a directional switching valve 11 to the right against the force of center springs 37, 38 and the valve 11 is moved to a position where the spring force is balanced with the force P1Sa. On the other hand, in case of moving the spool to the left in the drawing, the second proportional pressure controlling solenoid valve 36 is excited. With such an arrangement, it is enabled to control the position of the spool of valve 11 easily with no use of position sensors.
