Abstract
본 발명은 반제동유압제어시스템에 관한 것으로, 반제동제어가 이루어질 때에 유치는 펌프로부터 제2유입구(8)를 통해 유동제어밸브에 공급되고, 마스터실린더로부터 상기 제2유입구(8)로 한쪽방향으로만 유체가 유동되도록 상기 마스터실린더와 제2유입구(8)사이에 체크밸브(11)가 드로틀밸브(10)와 평행하게 설치되어, 팽창쳄버(12)내에 유체가 없을 때에도 체크밸브를 경유하여 마스터실린더로부터 제2유입구(8)로 유치가 연속적으로 공급되어, 제2유입구(8)에서 금속선단부의 유량조절로 인해 제1유입구(7)가 폐쇄된 상태로 유지되어 연맥동이나 펌프노이즈 및 페달진동을 효과적으로 방지해 주게 되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명 제1실시예에 따른 제어시스템의 정상제동모드에서의 개략적인 회로도, 제2도는 본 발명 제1실시예에 따른 제어시스템의 반제동모드에서의 개략적인 회로도, 제3도는 본 발명 실시예에 따라 체크밸브와 드로틀밸브가 일체로 형성된 상태에서의 부분단면도.
Claims (4)
- 휠(2)에 제동압력을 가하기 위해 브레이크작동에 의해 발생되는 유체 압력을 마스터 실린더(1)로부터 브레이크장치(3)에 가하면서, 상기 휠(2)의 제동신호를 감지하자마자 브레이크장치(3)에 가해진 유체압력을 감소시켜 반제동제어가 이루어지도록; 상기 마스터실린더(1)와 브레이크장치(3)사이에 설치되면서 제1, 2유입구(7, 8)와 유출구(16) 및 드레인통로(17)를 갖춤과 더불어, 상기 제1, 2유입구(7, 8)가 반제동제어가 가해지지 않을 때에 드레인통로(17)가 폐쇄된 상태에서 유출구(16)와 연통되고, 상기 제1유입구(7)와 유출구(16)가 반제동제어가 가해질 때에 제2유입구(8)가 금속선단부에 의한 조절하에 페쇄되도록 된 유동제어조절기(4, 6)와; 상기 제1유입구(7)와 마스터실린더(1)가 연통되도록 형성된 유체통로(C1, C2); 상기 드레인통로(17)로부터 드레인된 유체압력을 제2유입구(8)에 가하는 펌프수단(12, 5, C4, C3) 및; 상기 제1유입구(7)로부터 제2유입구(8)로의 한쪽방향으로만 유체가 유동되도록 제1유입구(7)와 제2유입구(8)사이에 서로 평행하게 설치된 체크밸브(11) 및 드로틀밸브(10)를 갖춘 반제동유압제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 체크밸브(11)가 드로틀밸브(10)와 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반제동유압제어시스템.
- 1쌍의 전후륜(28F, 28R)에 브레이크압력을 가하기 위해 브레이크작동에 따라 야기된 유체압력을 마스타실린더(22)로부터 브레이크장치(29F, 29R)에 가하면서, 휠의 제동을 감지하는 순간에 브레이크장치에 가해진 압력을 감소시켜 반제동제어를 하기 위해 좌우측전륜브레이크유니트중의 하나의 유니트와 동일한 파이핑시스템에 속하는 좌우측후륜브레이크유니트중의 하나의 유니트를 갖춤과 더불어; 스푸울형태의 유동제어밸브(26F, 26R)을 갖춘 1쌍의 조절기(21F, 21R)를 갖추되, 상기 유동제어밸브(26F, 26R)가 마스터실린더(22)와 휠브레이크장치(29F, 29R) 사이의 유체차압력에 의해 조절기내에서 미끄럼이동가능하게 설치됨과 더불어 상기 마스터 실린더와 휠브레이크장치(29F, 29R)를 연통시키는 주유체통로(17)를 갖추고, 상기 조절기(21F, 21R)에 유체가 방해되지 않고 유동되도록 제1유체 통로(23, 23F, 23R)를 매개로 마스터실린더와 연통된 제1유입구(24F, 24R)가 형성되며, 이 제1유입구(24F, 24R)는 반동제어가 가해질 때에 유체 유동을 차단하도록 유동제어밸브의 이동에 의해 상기 유동제어밸브의 몸체를 매개로 폐쇄되고, 또한 상기 조절기(21F, 21R)에 제2유입구(25F, 25R)가 형성되면서 이 제2유입구(25F, 25R)가 마스터실린더측에서 제2주유체통로(31)로부터 분기된 유체통로(31F, 31R)를 경유하여 마스터실린더와 연통되며; 드레인통로(30)로부터 드레인된 브레이크압유를 제2유입구(25F, 25R)에 공급하기 위한 펌프수단(34, 33)을 갖추며; 상기 제1유입구(24F, 24R)와 제2유입구(25F, 25R)사이에 드로틀밸브(39)와 체크밸브(40)가 서로 평행하게 설치되어, 상기 체크밸브(40)에 의해 제1유입구로부터 제2유입구로의 한방향으로만 유체가 유동되는 한편; 반제동제어가 가해질 때에 전류가 인가되는 솔레노이드밸브(27F, 27R)를 구비한 환류우체통로(32F, 32R)가 각각 유동제어밸브(26F, 26R)가 연통되게 설치되고, 이 환류유체통로(32F, 32R)는 팽창챔버(34)와 펌프(33)를 갖춘 펌프수단이 설치된 주환류 유체통로(32)상에서 교차 되며, 이주환류유체통로(32)의 펌프출력측이 체크밸브(40)와 드로틀밸브(39)의 하류에 분기된 유체통로(31F, 31R)와 연통되게 설치된 반제동 유압제어시스템에 있어서, 상기 펌프(33)의 출력측을 제2유입구(25F, 25R)와 연통시키는 유체통로(31R)상에 제2드로틀밸브(50)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 반제동유압제어시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2드로틀밸브(50)가 펌프출력측을 후륜(28R)용 조절기(21R)의 제2유입구(25R)와 연통시키는 분기된 유체통로(31R) 상에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 반제동유압제어시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
