제1도는 브레이크 장치는 유동 피스톤에 의해 서로 격리된 두개의 작동 챔버(2,3)를 갖는 텐덤 마스터 브레이크 실린더(1)로 구성된다. 제2도는 전방 휠 브레이크 회로는 제1도의 브레이크 회로와 동일하며, 후방 휠 브레이크 회로는 공급밸브(38)과 배수밸브(39)로 구성된다.
Claims (7)
- 마스터 실린더와, 최소한 하나의 휠 브레이크와, 펌프와, 저압력 욱압기 및 고압력 축압기와, 브레이크 압력을 조절하기 위한 입구밸브와 출구밸브는 물론 마스터 실린더를 분리하기 위한 분리밸브로 구성되고, 분리밸브와 입구밸브는 마스터 실린더와 휠 브레이크를 상호 연결하는 브레이크 라인에 하나는 또 하나의 후면으로 삽입되고, 출구밸브는 저압력 축압기를 갖는 휠 브레이크와 연결하는 복귀라인에 삽입되고, 펌프는 저압력 축압기에서 분리밸브와 입구밸브 사이에 브레이크 라인과 비 복귀밸브를 경유하여 연결하는 고압력 축압기로 유체를 공급하는 앤티록 유압브레이크 시스템에 있어서, 고압력 축압기는 계단식구멍(25)로 밀봉되게 안내되는 동일한 계단식 피스톤(24)를 구비하고 스톱(28)에 인접하게 편의된 스프링(27)에 의해 유지되며, 계단식 피스톤(24)는 분리밸브(21)의 밸브부재(33)에 기대어 지탱하기 위한 이동성의 태핏(30)에 비치되고, 상기 분리밸브(21)의 밸브부재(33)는 스톱(28)에 의해 형성된 계단식 피스톤(24)의 최초 위치인 밸브시이트(31)에서 이격되어 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티록 유압 브레이크 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압력 릴리프 밸브(20)은 펌프(14)에 평행으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티록 유압 브레이크 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분리 밸브(21)에 향하여 차단한 비복귀 밸브(22)는 분리밸브(21)과 압력 축압기(19)에 대한 연결 라인의 접합부 사이에 브레이크 라인(8)로 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티록 유압 브레이크 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 휠브레이크는 비복귀 밸브(35)가 삽입되는 릴리프 라인(34)를 경유하여 마스터 실린더와 직접 연통하고, 상기 비복귀밸브(35)는 마스터 실린더에 향하여 개방하는 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티록 유압 브레이크 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분리밸브(21)은 입구챔버(32)와 출구챔버(29)로 구성하고, 상기 입구챔버(32)는 마스터 실린더(1)과 연통하고 출구챔버(29)는 입구밸브(11)를 경유하여 휠 브레이크와 연통하며, 입구쳄버(29)는 계단식 피스톤(24)의 작은 계단에 의해 형성되고, 밸브부재(33)은 입구쳄버에 배치되며, 계단식 피스톤(24)에 형성되고 입구쳄버(32)와 출구쳄버(29)사이에 연결 구멍을 관통하여 연장하는 태핏(30)에 의하여 작동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티록 유압 브레이크 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시스템은 4개의 휠을 가진 차량에 사용되며, 전방휠의 휠브레이크와 후방휠의 휠브레이크는 각 브레이크 회로의 하나에 형성하며, 각각 하나의 저압력 축압기와, 하나의 펌프와,하나의 고압력 축압기가 배치되며, 전방휠의 휠브레이크는 각각 하나의 입구밸브와 출구밸브를 구비하고, 후방 휠의 휠브레이크는 공동의하나의 입구밸브와 출구밸브를 비치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티록 유압브레이크 시스템.
- 4개의 휠을 갖는 차량용 브레이크 시스템에 있어서, 전방 휠은 제1항 내지 제5항에 따라 배치되고, 후방 휠은 배수 밸브(39)를 경유하여 휠브레이크에 연결하고 압력 제어작동동안 휠 브레이크에서 방출된 압력유체를 수용하는 중간 축압기(44)를 비치하며, 브레이크 라인은 제어작동 동안 전자석으로 작동하는 공급밸브(38)의 효력에 의해 일정하게 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
