Abstract
정비율화 제어하는 경우에도 지연 메모리가 삭감 가능하게 한다. 예측회로(22)는 프레임 액티비티 계산 회로(20)의 출력에서 다음 프레임의 프레임 액티비티를 구한다. 부호량 배분 회로(11)는 이 예측된 프레임 액티비티를 사용하여 배분 부호량을 결정한다. 예측된 프레임 액티비티가 실제의 프레임 액티비티보다도 작을 경우에는 부호량 배분 제어 회로(24)는 소정 블록 라인 이하의 각 블록의 배분 부호량을 변화시킴으로써 정비비율화를 도모하고 있다.

Claims (1)
- 블록 단위로 입력된 정보 신호를 N(N??1)매의 프레임 단위의 정보량이 일정하게 되도록 부호화하는 고능률 부호화 신호 처리 장치에 있어서, 상기 정보 신호의 블록마다의 블록 액티비티를 구하는 블록 액티비티 계산수단과 ; 앞 프레임 이전의 상기 블록 액티비티에서 프레임 액티비티를 예측하는 프레임 액티비티 예측 수단과 ; 예측한 프레임 액티비티를 사용하여 상기 부호화에 있어서의 각 블록마다의 부호량 배분을 행하는 부호량 배분수단과 ; 이 부호량 배분 수단에 의거한 부호량 배분에 의한 부호량을 1프레임에 상당하는 기간 동안 감시하고, 소정 비율 이하에 수납되도록 각 블록마다의 상기 부호량 배분을 변경하는 부호량 배분 제어 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 고능률 부호화 신호 처리 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
