Claims (6)

  1. 각 주파수대역의 대역폭이 보다 높은 주파수 대역에서 넓어지도록 입력디지탈신호를 다수의 주파수 대역으로 분할하면서, 각 주파수대역의 에너지를 기초로 각 주파수대역의 허용가능한 잡음 레벨을 설정해주는 잡음레벨설정수단과, 각 주파수대역의 에너지와 상기 잡음레벨설정수단의 출력의 에너지 사이의 레벨차이에 일치되는 비트수로 각 주파수대역의 성분을 양자화하기 위한 양자화수단으로 구성되고, 상기 양자화수단의 출력 정보량을 검출해서 그 정보량이 소정시간동안 검출출력의 함수에 따라 일정하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈신호부호화장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잡음 레벨 설정수단은 각 주파수 대역에 대한 허용가능한 잡음레벨을 산출하기 위한 잡음레벨산출수단과, 주파수에 의거해서 최저가 청곡선을 설정하기 위한 최저가 청곡선 설정수단과 상기 잡음레벨산출수단과 상기 최저가 청곡선 설정수단의 출력을 합성하기 위한 합성수단을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈신호부호화장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양자화산출수단의 출력 정보량이 검출되어 상기 정보량을 소정시간 간격동안 일정하게 하기 위해 상기 잡음레벨 산출수단이 검출출력의 함수에 따라 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈신호부호화장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양자화수단의 비트 할당수는 목표값과 상기 정보량을 소정 시간 간격동안 일정하게 하기 위해 상기 양자화 수단의 출력 정보량의 검출출력사이의 에러에 의존해서 보정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈신호부호화회로.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양자화수단의 비트 할당수는 정보량을 소정 시간 간격동안 일정하게 하기 위해 상기 양자화수단의 출력정보량과 각 주파수대역의 에너지의 검출출력과 목표치 사이의 오차를 기초로 보정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈신호부호화장치.
  6. 각 주파수대역의 대역폭이 주파수 대역이 높을수록 넓어지도록 입력디지탈신호를 다수의 주파수 대역으로 분할하면서, 각 주파수대역의 에너지를 기초로 각 주파수대역의 혀용가능한 잡음레벨을 설정해 주는 잡음레벨설정수단과, 각 주파수대역의 에너지와 상기 잡음레벨설정수단의 출력의 에너지 사이의 레벨차에 일치하는 비트수로 각 주파수대역의 성분을 양자화하기 위한 양자화수단으로 구성되고, 상기 잡음레벨설정수단은 보다 높은 주파수측을 향해 동일한 에너지로 높아지도록 허용가능한 잡음레벨을 설정하기 위해 채용된 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈신호부호화회로.
