제1도는 본 발명의 인터프레임(interframe)-코드된(coded)출력 데이타양 제어 시스템의 코딩(codig)장치의 일실시예를 도시한 블럭 다이어그램도, 제2도는 코딩 순서의 설명도, 제3도는 일시적인 양자화 단계에 대한 세팅처리의 흐름도.
Claims (3)
- 인디펜던트 프레임에서 설정된 수의 픽셀로 이루어진 블럭 각각의 영상 변화 정도를 표현하는 작용으로 피드백 제어와 피드포워드 제어에 의해 프레임의 그룹의 데이타 양을 제어하고, 인터프레임 및 인트라 프레임 코딩에 의해 프레임의 그룹의 코드된 데이타를 얻도록 디펜던트 프레임을 수반하는 설정된 수의 연속 디펜던트 프레임과 인디펜던트 프레임을 포함하는 프레임의 그룹을 갖는 비디오 신호 코딩을 위한 코딩 시스템에 있어서, 피드백제어에 대한 디펜던트 프레임의 데이타 양과 프레임의 그룹의 전체 데이타 양의 레이트를 토대로 디펜던트 프레임에 대한 다수의 양자화 단계를 변화시키는 제1처리 수단과, 피드 포워드 제어에 대한 인디펜던트 프레임의 일시적인 수의 양자화 단계를 결정하는 제2처리 수단과, 작용 및 일시적인 수의 양자화 단계에 의해 인디펜던트 프레임내 블럭 각각에 데이타양 예보 값을 결정하는 브럭 데이타 예보 수단과, 블럭 각각에 대한 감산 결과를 출력시키고 전체 데이타양으로부터 데이타 양 예보 값을 감하는 감산 수단과, 감산 결과가 정의 양이면 정의 양자화 단계보상 양을 출력시키고 부의 양이면 부의 양자화 단계 보상 양을 출력시키고 블럭 각가가엥 대한 감산 결과를 누적하는 양자화 단계 제어 수단과, 인디펜던트 프레임에 대한 다수의 양자화 단계를 얻도록 일시적인 수의 양자화 단계를 보상 양을 가산하는 가산 수단을 포함하며, 프레임의 그룹의 데이타 양은 각각 디펜던트 인디펜던트 프레임의 양자화 단계 수에 의해 디펜던트 및 인디펜던트 프레임을 양자화 함으로써 제어되는 비디오 신호 코딩 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2처리 수단은 작용 검출을 위한 작용 검출 수단을 포함하며, 프레임의 그룹의 설정된 전체 데이타 양으로부터 디펜던트 프레임의 데이타 양을 감함으로서 디펜던트 프레임의 목적 데이타 양을 얻고, 목적 양과, 인디펜던트 프레임의 데이타 양을 비교하여, m은 정의 정수인 m번째 파워 수로 설정된 그의 양자화 단계의 중간 수와 작용에 의해 인디펜던트 프레임의 제1데이타 양을 얻고, 제1수의 양자화 단계를 결정하도록 전자가 후자보다 크면 설정된 수의 절반 이하로 중간수를 이동하고, 전자가 후자보다 적으면, 중간수를 설정된수의 절반이상으로 이동하며, 목적 양과 제2데이타양을 비교하여, 제1수의 양자화 단계와 작용에 의해 인디펜던트 프레임의 제2데이타 양을 얻고, 전자가 후자보다 크면, 제1수의 양자화 단계를 설정된 수의 절반 이하로 이동하고, 전자가 후자보다 적으면, 제1수의 양자화 단계를 설정된 수의 절반이상으로 이동하며, 일시적인 수의 양자화 단계로서, 목적 양에 인디펜던트 프레임의 데이타 양이 가장 가깝게 됨으로써 다수의 양자화 단계를 결정하도록 비교 처리는 기껏해야 m번 반복되는 비디오 신호 코딩 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디펜던트 프레임의 코딩이 완료될 따까지 작용을 저장하는 작용 메모리를 포함하는 비디오 신호 코딩 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
