Abstract
본 발명은 플라즈마 어드레스 방식의 액정표시소자에 관한 것으로서, 특히 플라즈마 어드레스부의 구조 개선에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 액정표시소자의 플라즈마 어드레스부는 중간판에 형성되는 그루브에 의해 독립된 다수 평행한 방전 공간이 형성되고, 배면판상에는 막 공정에 의한 각 한쌍의 제2전극이 상기 그루브에 대항되게 형성된다. 이러한 본 발명의 액정표시소자는 제조가공이 용이하고 제품의 불량화의 우려가 적다.

제3도는 본 발명에 따른 플라즈마 어드레스 방식의 액정 표시 소자의 개략적 단면도.
Claims (3)
- 투명한 전면판, 중간판 및 배면판이 소정간격으로 배치되고, 상기 전면판측으로 다수 평행한 스트라이프상의 제1전극과 액정층 및 순차적으로 마련되고, 상기 중간판에는 상기 배면판을 향하여 상기 제1전극에 직교되는 방향의 그루부가 형성되고, 상기 배면판에는 상기 중간판의 그루부에 대향된 위치의 각각에 최소한 두개의 전극이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 어드레스 방식의 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2전극이 배면판에 대해 실크 스크린법에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 어드레스 방식의 액정표시소자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2전극이 니켈 페이스트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 어드레스 방식의 액정표시소자.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
