Abstract
폴리염화비닐 수지와 가소제 및 안정화제를 건조-블랜딩시키고 나서 결과된 건조 블랜드로 2000-5000의 점도 평균 중합도를 가지는 미분 폴리염화비닐 수지, 폴리염화비닐 수지 100중량부에 대해, 0.1-5중량부를 혼입함으로써 제조되는, 회전성형용 폴리염화비닐 수지 분말 조성물이 공개된다. 조성물을 회전 성형시켜서 성형품을 생산하는 방법이 또한 공개된다. 조성물은 회전성형을 위해 우수한 분말 유동성을 가지고, 조성물로부터의 성형품은 그의 표면상에 핀 호울 및 덩어리가 없다.

Claims (11)
- 폴리염화비닐 수지와 가소제 및 안정화제를 건조-블랜딩하고 나서, 결과된 건조 블랜드로 2000-5000의 점도 평균 중합도를 가지는 미분 폴리염화비닐 수지, 폴리염화비닐 수지 100중량부에 대해, 0.1-5중량부를 혼입함으로써 제조되는, 회전 성형용 폴리염화비닐 수지 분말 조성물.
- 가소제 및 안정화제가 폴리염화비닐 수지와 건조-블랜딩되고 나서, 2000-5000의 점도 평균 중합도를 가지는 미분 폴리염화비닐 수지, 폴리염화비닐 수지 100중량부에 대해, 0.1-5중량부가 결과된 건조 블랜드로 후입되는, 회전 성형용 폴리염화비닐 수지 분말 조성물을 생산하는 방법.
- 폴리염화비닐 수지와 가소제 및 안정화제를 건조-블랜딩하고 나서 결과의 건조 블랜드로 2000-5000의 점도 평균 중합도를 가지는 미분 폴리염화비닐 수지, 폴리염화비닐 수지 100중량부에 대해, 0.1-5중량부를 혼입함으로써 제조되는 폴리염화비닐 수지 분말 조성물의 회전 성형에 의해 생산되는 성형품.
- 폴리염화비닐 수지와 가소제 및 안정화제를 건조-블랜딩하고 나서 결과의 건조 블랜드로 2000-5000의 점도 평균 중합도를 가지는 미분 폴리염화비닐 수지, 폴리염화비닐 수지 100중량부에 대해, 0.1-5중량부를 혼입함으로써 제조되는 폴리염화비닐 수지 분말 조성물의 회전 성형에 의해 생산되는, 성형품을 생산되는 방법.
- 제1-4항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 미분 폴리염화비닐 수지가 3500-4000의 점도 평균 중합도를 가지는 것인 조성물, 방법 또는 성형품.
- 제1-4항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 미분 폴리염화비닐 수지가 약 0.1-10μm의 평균 입자 크기를 가지는 것인 조성물, 방법 또는 성형품.
- 제1-4항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 미분 폴리염화비닐 수지가 미분 연화비닐 중합체 또는 염화비닐과 공중합할 수 있는 단량체, 예컨대 에틸렌, 프로필렌 또는 비닐 아세테이트 및 염화비닐로 구성되는 미분 공중합체인 조성물, 방법 또는 성형품.
- 제1-4항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 미분 폴리염화비닐 수지와 유탁중합 또는 미소현탁 중합에 의해 제조되는 것인 조성물, 방법 및 형품.
- 제1-4항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 미분 폴리염화비닐 수지와 염화비닐 중합체, 또는 염화비닐과 공중합할 수 있는 단량체, 예컨데, 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 비닐 아세테이트, 알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 알킬 메티크릴레이트 및 염화비닐로 구성되는 공중합체, 또는 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체에 염화비닐을 그라프트 시켜서 형성된 그라프트 공중합체인 조성물, 방법 및 성형품.
- 제1-4항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 폴리염화비닐 수지는 현탁 중합 또는 괴상 중합체 의해 제조되는 것인 조성물, 방법 또는 성형품.
- 제1-4항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 폴리염화비닐 수지와 약 100-500μm의 평균입자 크기를 가지는 것인 조성물, 방법 또는 성형품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
