Abstract
본 발명은 스크롤날개의 가공정밀도의 향상과 가공공수의 단축을 도모하기 위하여, 스크롤날개의 재료로서 공정흑연주철을 채용하고, 공정셀의 크기중 크기의 최대의 것의 폭을 랩의 높이의 1/4로한 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예의 스크롤날개의 랩의 단면도,
제2도는 다른 실시예의 스크롤날개의 형상이 없는 재료의 사시도,
제3도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예의 날개형상을 만든 상태의 사시도.
Claims (10)
- 경판과 이 경판에 세운 랩에 의해 구성되고, 재료를 공정 흑연주철로 하여, 그 공정셀중 크기가 최대의 공정셀의 폭의 평균치를 상기 랩의 높이의 1.4이하로한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤유체기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공정흑연주철의 조성성분을 Ti 0.05∼1.3%, C 2.0~4.5%, Si 1.0~4.0%로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤유체기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공정흑연주철의 기지(基地)의 펄라이트를 7%∼30%로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤유체기계.
- 경판과 이 경판에 세운 랩에 의해 구성되는 스크롤유체기계의 날개재료를 공정흑연 주철로하여, 그 공정셀중 크기가 최대의 공정셀의 폭의 평균치를 상기 랩의 높이의 1/4이하로한 스크롤유체기계의 날개의 주형에 금속을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤유체기계의 제작법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 주형의 재료서, 구리합금을 사용하고, 상기 주형의 형상을 완성형상에 가까운 형상으로한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤유체기계의 제작법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 주형의 재료서, 흑연을 사용하고, 상기 주형과 형상을 완성형상에 가까운 형상으로한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤유체기계의 제작법.
- 경판과 이 경판에 세운 랩에 의해 구성되는 스크롤날개의 재료를 공정흡연주철로 하고, 그 공정셀의 크기를 상기 랩의 높이의 1/4이하로한 스크롤날개의 조성성분을 Ti 0.05~1.3%로 하고, 그 주형으로서 사형을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤유체기계의 제작법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 주형의 제작법을 셀몰드법으로하고, 상기 주형의 형상을 완성 형상에 가까운 형상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤유체기계의 제작법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 주형의 제작법을 토스트왁스법으로하고, 상기 주형의 형상을 완성 형상에 가까운 형상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤유체기계의 제작법.
