Abstract
본 발명은 기계를 작동시키기 위해서 유압 실린더를 포함하는 건축기기용 유압 제어 장치에 관한 것이다. 피치축 주위의 기계의 진동을 안정시키기 위해서 유압 축압기가 충전선을 경유하여 압력원에 연결되도록 제공된다. 차단 밸브는 밸브가 축압기안에서 압격을 받는 충전선 안에 배치된다. 그러므로 실린더가 작동하면 축압기는 로드 압력에 상응하는 압력을 받는다. 이 장치는 구조면에서 매우 단순하며 유체의 손실을 막아준다.

Claims (6)
- 밸브부재는 개방된 방향으로 압력이경감되고, 차단밸브의 밸브 부재를 폐쇄되는 방향으로 축압기의 압력에 의해 바이어스(bias)되며, 충전선이 직접 실린더에 연결되고, 차단 밸브가 충전선내의 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 실린더를 안정시키기 위해서 축압기와 장치가 연결되도록 밸브가 개방되는 실린더와 축압기 사이에 배치된 차단 밸브, 그리고 충전선을 통하여 유체 압력원천에 연결되는 유압축압기 그리고 실린더, 유체 압력원 및 저장기 사이의 유체 통로를 조절하는 방향 밸브를 포함하고 있으며 유압 실린더 특히 로딩 셔블에 의해 작동되는 작동 기계를 포함하는 건축 기기용 유압제어 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 차단밸브의 유체 제어 챔버는 삼방향 밸브를 경유하여 축압기, 특히 저장소에 연결된다.
- 청구범위 제1항 혹은 제2항에 있어서, 차단 밸브는 쌍방향 시이트 밸브이다.
- 청구범위 제1항 제3항에 있어서, 여벌의 방향 제어 밸브가 실린더를 작동하기 위해서 방향제어 밸브의 하류에 제공되고, 그 방향 제어 밸브는 피스톤 실린더 챔버가 피스톤 로드 실린더챔버에 연결되는 부품 위치에 고정되며, 밸브 플런저는 차단 밸브가 개방될때, 피스톤 로드 실린더 챔버와 저장기가 연결되도록 놓여진다.
- 청구범위 제4항에 있어서, 여벌의 방향 제어 밸브의 밸브 플런저의 위치는 저장기와 피스톤 로드 실린더 챔버 사이의 유체의 흐름을 제한하는 스톱에 의해 결정된다.
- 청구범위 제4항 혹은 제5항에 있어서, 피스톤 로드 실린더 챔버와 바이패스라인 사이의 통로는 언급된 여벌의 방향제어 밸브의 위치에 제공되고 방향 제어 밸브는 언급된 일련의 바이패스라인에 연결되며 바이패스라인은 저장선 안으로 개방된다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
