본 고안은 벽돌 성형기에서 성형된 벽돌이 세워진 상태로 이송콘베어를 이송되면 조적이 용이하게 눕혀서 조적되게한 회전장치에 관한 것으로 콘베어와 콘베어 사이에 안내봉과 안내로울러가 회전하면서 벽돌을 적재하여 회동로울러에 위치변환된 벽돌을 이송시킬 수 있게 함으로써 벽돌회전을 간편하고 신속하게 할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
종래에도 성형된 벽돌을 조적이 용이하도록 회전장치를 설치한 것이 있었으나 회전판에 적재실을 형성하여 회전하거나 강제적으로 벽돌을 회전되게 한 것이었기 때문에 기계에 무리한 힘이 가해지고 벽돌 손상도 많았으며 회전하고 이송시키는데도 많은 시간이 걸리게 되는 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 결점을 해소하기 위하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
성형된 벽돌(10)이 이송콘베이어(1)에 세워져서 진입하면 조적이 용이하도록 벽돌을 눕혀서 회동로울러(3)와 이송콘베이어(2)에 이송되게한 것에 있어서, 이송콘베이어(1)와 회동로울러(3) 사이에 회전축(4)와 연결대(4')로 연설된 안내로울러(5)를 설치하고 회전축(4)의 일측단에 작동간(6)을 부착하여 실린더(7)의 안내봉(8)과 접속핀(8a)으로 연결하여서 된 구성이다.

이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 이송콘베이어(1)(2)와 회동로울러(3)가 벽돌이 이송되는 일방향으로 회전하고 도면의 제2도에서와 같이 안내로울러(5)는 세워진 상태에서 이송콘베이어(1)를 따라 이송된 벽돌이 안내로울러(5)에 닿게 되면 실린더(7)에 의해 작동간(6)이 회전축(4)을 회전하여 안내로울러(5)가 이송콘베이어(2) 쪽으로 회전하여 회전축(4)과 안내로울러(5) 사이에 회동로울러(3)가 위치되게 한다.
이때 안내로울러(5)에 닿은 벽돌은 안내로울러(5)가 회전하면서 세워진 벽돌이 안내로울러(5)에 서서히 눕혀지면서 적재되고 안내로울러(5)가 회동로울러(3) 보다 낮은 위치에 도달하면 회동로울러(3)에 벽돌이 닿게되어 이송콘베이어(2)에 벽돌을 이송시키게 된다.
회동로울러(3)가 벽돌을 이송콘베이어(2)에 보내고 나면 실린더(7)에 의해 안내로울러(5)가 세워져서 이송콘베이어(1)에서 진입되고 있는 벽돌을 받아서 회전할 수 있는 위치에 놓이는 것이다.
따라서 본 고안은 이송콘베이어(1)에서 이송콘베이어(2)에 벽돌을 회전시켜 이송시킬때 벽돌을 자연스럽고 신속하게 회전하여 이송하므로 조적 시간도 단축하고 작업능률을 향상 시킬 수 있는 매우 유용한 고안인 것이다.

  1. 성형된 벽돌(10)이 이송콘베이어(1)에 세워져서 진입하면 조적이 용이하도록 벽돌을 눕혀서 회동로울러(3)와 이송콘베이어(2)에 이송되게한 것에 있어서, 이송 콘베어(1)와 회동로울러(3) 사이에 회전축(4)과 연결대(4')로 연설된 안내 로울러(5)를 설치하고 회전축(4)의 일측단에 작동간(6)을 부착하여 실린더(7)의 안내봉(8)과 접속핀(8a)으로 연결하여서 된 벽돌 회전 장치.
