Abstract
본 발명은 그 자체가 공지된 농약을 마이크로캡슐 형태로 만든 신규한 배합물 및 상기 마이크로캡슐을 잡초, 식물 질병, 곤충 및 진드기 목의 대표적 해충을 방제하는 사용하는데 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (16)
- 우레아와 글루타르알데히드, 숙신알데히드, 아디프알데히드, 말레알데히드, 말론알데히드, 1, 3-디포르밀시클로펜탄, 0-포르밀히드로신남알데히드, 프탈알데히드 및 테레프탈 알데히드 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 디알데히드가 1 : 1 내지 1: 2.5의 몰비로 이루어진 초기축합물의 수용액을 물과 혼화되지 않는 농약 또는 물과 혼화되지 않으며 쉽게 휘발되는 용매의 산성화 수성 분산액 속으로 신속하게 교반하면서 집어넣는 것을 포함하는 마이크로캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 우레아, 디알데히드의 몰비가 1 : 1.5 내지 1 : 2.2인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디알데히드가 글루타르알데히드인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물과 혼화되지 않는 농약을 사용하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 농약이 제초제, 살충제, 진드기구충제 또는 살진균제인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물과 혼화되지 않으며 쉽게 휘발되는 용매를 사용하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 용매가 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소 또는 그의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 유기 용매가 펜탄, 이소펜탄, 헥산, 헨탄, 시클로헥산, 메틸시클로헥산, 벤젠, 톨루엔, 크실렌, 디에틸에테르, 디부틸에테르, 테트라히드로푸란 또는 화이트스피릿으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제초제가 우레아, 슬포닐우레아, 클로로아세트아닐리드 또는 트리아진으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 살충제 또는 진드기구충제가 티오우레아류로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
- 캡슐 벽이 제1항에 따라 제조된 우레아/디알데히드 초기축합물로 구성되는 마이크로캡슐 형태의 농약 배합물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 농약이 제초제, 살충제, 진드기구충제 또는 살진균제인 농약 배합물.
- 제11항에 따른 살충 유효량만큼의 배합물을 식물, 곤충 및 진드기 목의 대표적 해충 또는 그의 서식지에 투여하는 것을 포함하는, 잡초, 식물 질병, 곤충 및 진드기목의 대표적 해충을 방지하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 하나에 따른 방법에 의하여 제조된 마이크로캡슐.
- 우레아와 글루타르알데히드, 숙신알데히드, 아디프알데히드, 밀레알데히드, 말론알데히드, 1, 3-디포르밀시클로펜탄, 0-포르밀히드로신남알데히드, 프탈알데히드 및 테레프탈알데히드로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 디알데히드가 1 : 1 내지 1: 2.5 몰비로 이루어진 초기축합물의 수용액을 물과 혼화되지 않으며 쉽게 휘발되는 용매의 산성화 수성 분산액 속에 신속하게 교반하면서 집어넣고, 그로써 얻어진 마이크로캡슐을 건조시켜 용매를 제거한후, 속이 빈 캡슐을 액체 농약과 혼합하는 것을 포함하는, 농약이 채워진 마이크로캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 따른 방법에 의하여 제조된 마이크로캡슐.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
