Abstract

본 발명은 인접 척추들의 자유각을 측정하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로써, 각각의 척추에 각각 견고하게 연계되는 2개의 기준요소, 상기 2개의 기준 요소에 연계되어 측방 굽힘 상태중에, 즉, 상기 척추의 굽힘-펴짐중에 부여된 위치의 함수로써 뾰족한 돌기의 평면에 수직한 평면, 즉, 뾰족한 돌기들을 포함하는 평면에서 척추들의 자유각을 측정하는 수단을 포함한다.

제3도는 척후후반(cyphosis)상태에서 상호간에 대해 경사지게 배치된 2개의 인접 척추를 예시하는, 제1도와 유사한 사시도.

Claims (8)

  1. 각각의 척추에 각각 견고하게 연계된 2개의 기준요소, 2개의 기준요소에 연계된 비틀림중에, 즉, 상기 척추들의 종축에 평행한 평면에서 해당 척추들의 자유각을 측정하기 위한 수단, 및 굴곡-퍼짐중에 척추이경사작을 측정하기 위한 수단을 포함하는, 2개의 직교 평면에서 2개의 척추의 포을 측정하기 위한 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기준 요소들에 연계되어, 측방 굽힘중에, 즉, 상기 척추의 굽힘-펴짐중에 어떤 부여된 위치의 함수로써 뾰족한 돌기의 평면, 즉, 뾰족한 돌기를 포함하는 평면에 수직한 평면에서의 척추의 자유각을 측정하기 위한 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기준요소들은 하단부들이 척추에 고정되는 2개의 작은 지주로 되며, 제1지주는 2개의 이격 분리 피보트가 제공되며 상기 지주에 평행한 작은 바를 포함하는 상기 지주의 종방향 핀에 대해 자유롭게 회전하도록 장착된 블록을 포함하며, 상기 2개의 피보트에서는 피보트 핀들중 하나가 제2지주에 수직하게 고정된 로드에 대해 자유롭게 활주하도록 장착된 캐리지에 의해 지지되는 변형가능한 평행 사변형을 바늘의 아암들중 하나의 아암과 함께 형성하는 2개의 유연한 커넥팅 로드의 단부들이 관절연결되며, 상기 캐리지는 바늘의 자유아암이 이동하는 전방에서 다이얼을 지니는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기준 요소는 수직하게 배향된 로드에 고정되는 제1지주로되며, 상기 지주상에는, 제2기준 요소를 이루는 제2지주의 자유 단부에 대해 관절 운동되는 직선형 바늘이 분절 이동되는 피보트 및 다이얼을 지지하는 캐리지의 자유로운 회전을 위해 로드가 장착되는 장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 제1지주에 의해 구성된 기준 요소에 고정되는 베어링은 상기 지주와 그 지주에 고정된 로드에 형성된 평면에 수직하게 배향되며, 상기 로드에는 그 로드에 평행한 제2아암이 다이얼을 지니는 블록이 자유롭게 활주하도록 수용하는 정사각형의 굽힘 로드의 아암들중 하나의 아암의 단부가 자유롭게 회전하도록 장착되며, 상기 블록은 타단부가 피보트를 지니는 헤드를 포함하며, 하나의 지주의 형태를 취하는 제2요소가 고정된 로드에 의해 자유롭게 활주하도록 횡단되며 상기 지주가 그것의 고정 로드와 함께 결정되는 평면에 수직하게 배향되는바의 단부들중 하나의 단부에 고정되며, 레버들이 헤드 및 블록이 피보트와 블록상에서 분절이동되는 바늘상에서 분절이동되어 변형가능한 평행사변형을 바와 함께 형성되는 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 비틀림 및 측방굽힘중에 자유각을 측정하기 위한 수단은 디지털 디스플레이를 지니는 전기변환기에 연결된 회전가능한 근접 게이지들에 의해 구성되는 장치.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 측방 굽힘중에 척추의 자유각을 측정하기 위한 수단은 디지털 디스플레이를 지니는 전기변환기에 연결된 회전가능한 근접 게이지들로 구성되는 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 척추에 연계된 2개의 기준 요소들에는 각각 스트레인 게이지가 제공되며, 상기 기준 요소들의 단부들은, 상부에서 커넥팅 로드상에서 분절 이동되는 블럭내에서 회전하는 회전가능한 근접 게이지에 연계되며, 상기 평면에 배치된 2개의 커넥팅 로드는 그 커넥팅 로드중 하나에 고정된 회전가능한 근접 게이지에 연계된피보트 핀에 연계되며, 상기 근접 스트레인 게이지들은 척추에 가해진 결과의 함수로써 그 척추의 비틀림 및 굽힘-퍼짐의 각을 표시하는 디지털 디스플레이를 지니는 전기 변환기에 연결되는 장치.
