Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest przyrzad do dodatkowej korekcji skrzywien kregoslupa przeprowadzanych
w czasie leczenia przy uzyciu rozporek chirurgicznych.
Znane sa sposoby korekcji skrzywien kregoslupa przez odciazenie nacisku chorych kregów za pomoca
rozporki chirurgicznej zakladanej do organizmu pacjenta droga operacyjna. Znane sa równiez urzadzenia do
przeprowadzania dystrakcji kregoslupa.
Po odpowiednim okresie terapii nastepuje rozluznienie kregów umozliwiajace dodatkowa korekcje ich
polozenia przez wydluzenie dlugosci czynnej rozporki zalozonej w organizmie pacjenta. Wydluzenie to
uzyskuje sie przez przesuniecie na rozpórce górnego haka zaczepionego w odpowiednim miejscu kregoslupa
pacjenta.
Celem wynalazku jest umozliwienie przeprowadzenia tej dodatkowej korekcji a zadanie polega na
skonstruowaniu prostego urzadzenia umozliwiajacego przesuniecie haka na rozpórce.
Zadanie to zostalo rozwiazane przez wykonanie przyrzadu w postaci dzwigni wyposazonej w uchwyt do
przesuwania haka na rozpórce. Przyrzad ma dwa ramiona mocowane przegubowo. Jedno z ramion zakonczone
jest uchwytem do mocowania haka rozporki umieszczonej w organizmie pacjenta. Drugie ramie najednym koncu
jest wyposazone w srube regulujaca rozwarcie ramion, i powodujaca przez to przesuniecie haka na rozpórce,
natomiast na drugim koncu ma od strony wewnetrznej wglebienie, w którym opiera sie koniec rozporki.
Uchwyt sklada sie z dwóch polaczonych przegubem szczek, z których jedna stanowi koncówke ramienia
a druga wyposazona jest w regulacyjna srube. Wkrecenie tej sruby powoduje zacisniecie szczek na haku rozporki.
W celu zabezpieczenia haka przed wysuwaniem sie ze szczek kazda z nich wyposazona jest w czop
wchodzacy do otworów haka.
Przyrzad wedlug wynalazku jest prosty w konstkrukcji i technologii. Jego zastosowanie pozwala na
uzyskanie dodatkowej korekcji skrzywienia kregoslupa poprzez wydluzenie czynnej dlugosci zalozonej w ciele
pacjenta rozporki i umozliwia dodatkowe odciazenie chorych kregów.
Przyrzad wedlug wynalazku przedstawiony jest w przykladzie wykonania na zalaczonych rysunkach, na
których fig. 1 przedstawia przyrzad w widoku z boku, natomiast fig. 2 pokazuje przyrzad w widoku z przodu.2 105 977
Przyrzad wykonany jest w postaci dzwigni o odpowiednio uksztaltowanych ramionach 1 i 2 mocowanych
przegubem 3. Ramie 1 ma na jednym koncu po stronie wewnetrznej wykonane wglebienie 4, na drugim koncu
zas stanowi szczeke 5 uchwytu. Szczeka 6 mocowana jest do ramienia 1 za pomoca przegubu 7 i ma gwintowany
otwór, w którym znajduje sie sruba 8 sluzaca do zaciskania szczek 5 i 6 na umieszczonym w organizmie pacjenta
haku 9 rozporki 10. Szczeki 5 i 6 sa od wewnetrznej strony wyposazone w czopy 11 zabezpieczajace hak 9 przed
wysunieciem sie z uchwytu. Ramie 2 na jednym koncu ma gwintowany otwór ze sruba 12 regulujaca rozwarcie
ramion 1 i 2 i przez to powodujaca przemieszczenie haka 9 na rozpórce 10. Na drugim koncu ramienia 2 wykonane
jest wglebienie 13, w którym umieszcza sie w czasie przeprowadzania dodatkowej dystrakcji koniec rozporki 10.
Po przesunieciu haka 9 na rozpórce 10 zabezpiecza sie jego polozenie za pomoca pierscienia 14.
Claims (2)
1. Przyrzad do korekcji skrzywien kregoslupa przeprowadzanych w czasie leczenia za pomoca zalozonej rozporki chirurgicznej, z n a m i e n n.y tym, ze ma postac dzwigni z dwoma mocowanymi przegubowo ramionami, przy czym ramie (1) zakonczone jest uchwytem do mocowania haka (9) rozporki (10) umieszczonej w organizmie pacjenta a drugie ramie (2) na jednym koncu jest wyposazone w srube (12) regulujaca rozwarcie ramion (1 i 2) i powodujaca przez to przesuniecie haka (9) na rozpórce (10), natomiast na drugim koncu ma od strony wewnetrznej wglebienie (13), w którym opiera sie koniec rozporki (10).

Przyrzad wedlug zastrz. 1,znamienny tym, ze uchwyt do mocowania haka (9) rozporki (10) sklada sie z dwóch polaczonych przegubem (7) szczek (5 i 6), z których jedna stanowi koncówke ramienia (1) a druga wyposazona jest w regulacyjna srube (8), której wkrecenie powoduje zacisniecie szczek (5 i 6) na haku (9) rozporki, przy czym kazda ze szczek (5 i 6) jest od strony mocujacej wyposazona w czop (11) zabezpieczajacy hak (9) przed wysunieciem sie z uchwytu.
