제3도는 제1도의 화살표 III방향에서 본 것으로서 본 발명에 따라 전동기에서 사용하도록된 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 회전자의 상측표면을 도시한 도면.
제4도는 제1도에 도시된 회전자와 고정자만을 도시한 측면도.

Claims (7)

  1. -지지부(2), -상기 지지부(2)와 일체인 고정자(8), -고정자(B)로 진동운동을 부여하기 위해 전기공급이 가능해질 수 있는 압전전기장치(10), -지지부(2)에 회전할 수 있도록 장착되며 기하학적 회전축(XI)둘레에서 이동평면으로 지정된 한 평면(Pdm)내에서 이동될 수 있는 회전자(30), -고정자(8)의 진동운동을 회전자(30)로 전달시키고 회전자(30)를 상기축(XI)둘레에서 회전시키어 이동시키도록 하는 전달장치(36), 그리고 -고정자(8)상에서 회전자(30)를 지지하기 위한 지지장치(40)를 가지는 압전전동기에 있어서, 고정자(8)가 회전자(30)의 이동평면(Pdm)에 수직인 속도성분을 갖는 진동운동을 하며 고정자의 진동운동 속도성분을 회전자(30)의 회전운동으로 변환시키기 위한 장치와 협동하는 진동운동을 함을 특징으로 하는 압전 전동기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고정자(8)가 비대칭의 진동운동을 함을 특징으로 하는 압전 전동기.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 전달장치(36)가 운동을 전달하기 위한 장치를 구성하는 탄성적으로 변형 가능한 부재(38,50)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 압전 전동기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 탄성적으로 변형가능한 부재(38,50)가 회전자(30)에 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 압전 전동기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탄성적으로 변형가능한 부재(38,50)가 기울여질 수 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 압전 전동기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기의 텅(50)이 같은 재료로 형성된 디스크(원판)상에 배치되며, 상기의 디스크가 회전자상에 장착됨을 특징으로 하는 압전 전동기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기의 텅(50)이 냉간형성(cold forming)처리, 특히 냉간 드로잉(cold drawing)처리에 의해 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 압전 전동기.
