Claims (17)

  1. 하기 식(1)의 이미노티아졸린 화합물.
    [상기 식중, R1은 할로겐, 할로(저급)알킬, 할로(저급)알콕시 또는 할로(저급)알킬티오이고; R2은 저급 알킬, 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드이며; R3은 (저급알킬)카르보닐, (저급 시클로알킬)카르보닐, (저급 시클로알콕시)카르보닐, (저급 알콕시)카르보닐 또는 (저급 알킬)술포닐이고 이들은 모두 할로겐, 저급 알킬, 자급 알콕시, 저급시클로알킬 및 저급 시클로알콕시에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 치환기에 의해 이의로 치환되며; R4은 할로겐이다].
  2. 하기 식(Ⅰ)의 이미노티아졸린 화합물.
    (상기 식중, R1은 할로겐, 할로(C1-C3)알킬, 할로(C1-C3)알콕시 또는 할로(C1-C3)알킬티오이고; R2은 C1-C2알킬, 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드이며; R3은 C1-C6알킬카르보닐, C3-6시클로알킬카르보닐, C3-C6시클로알콕시카르보닐, C1-C6알콕시카르보닐 또는 C1-C6알킬술포닐이고 이들은 모두 할로겐, C1-C3알킬, C1-C3알콕시, C3-C6시클로알킬 및 C3-C6시클로알콕시에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 치환기에 의해 이의로 치환되며; R4은 할로겐이다].
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R4가 파라위치에 있는 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, R4가 불소인 화합물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, R1가 할로(C1-C3)알킬인 화합물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, R1가 트리플루오로메틸인인 화합물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, R2가 C1-C2알킬인 화합물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, R3가 C1-C6알킬카르보닐 또는 C3-C6시클로알킬카르보닐이고 이들은 모두 할로겐, C1-C3알킬 및 C1-C3알콕시에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 치환기에 의해 임의로 치환된 화합물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, R2가 C1-C2알킬인 화합물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, R4가 파라 위치의 불소인 화합물.
  11. 하기 식(Ⅱ)의 이미노티아졸린딘 화합물을 염기 또는 산과 반응시켜 하기 식(1-1)의 화합물을 수득하거나; 또는 하기 식(Ⅳ)의 이미노티아졸린 화합물을 염기 존재하에 식 R3-Cl 또는 R3-O-R3의 화합물과 반응시키거나 식 R3-O-R3의 화합물과 반응시켜 하기 식(1-1)의 이미노티아졸린 화합물을 수득하거나; 또는 하기 식(1-5)의 이미노티아졸린 화합물을 연기 존재하에 하기 식(ⅩⅤ)의 알코올과 반응시켜 하기 식(1-2)의 이미노티아졸린 화합물을 수득하거나; 또는 하기 식(Ⅶ) 또는 (Ⅷ)의 이미노티아졸린 화합물을 염소화제, 브롬화제 또는 요오드화제와 반응시켜 하기 식(1-3)의 이미노티아졸린 화합물을 수득함을 특징으로 하는 하기 식(Ⅰ)의 이미노티아졸린 화합물의 제조방법.
    [상기 식중, R1은 할로겐, 할로(C1-C3)알킬, 할로(C1-C3)알콕시 또는 할로(C1-C3)알킬티오이고; R2은 C1-C2알킬, 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드이며; R3은 C1-C6알킬카르보닐, C3-C6시클로알킬카르보닐, C3-C6시클로알콕시카르보닐, C1-C6알콕시카르보닐 또는 C1-C6알킬술포닐이고 이들은 모두 할로겐, C1-C3알킬, C1-C3알콕시, C3-C6시클로알킬 및 C3-C6시클로알콕시에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 치환기에 의해 이의로 치환되며; R4은 할로겐이고, R6은 수소 또는 메틸이며: R8은 C1-C6알킬이고, R9은 C1-C6알킬이며, R10은 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드이다].
  12. 하기 식(Ⅳ)의 이미노티아졸린 화합물.
    [상기 식중, R1은 할로겐, 할로(저급)알킬, 할로(저급)알콕시 또는 할로(저급)알킬티오이고; R4은 할로겐이며; R6은 수소 또는 메틸이다].
  13. 하기 식(Ⅳ)의 이미노티아졸린 화합물.
    [상기 식중, R1은 할로겐, 할로(C1-C3)알킬, 할로(C1-C3)알콕시 또는 할로(C1-C2)알킬티오이고; R4은 할로겐이며; R6은 수소 또는 메틸이다].
  14. 하기 식(Ⅰ-4)의 화합물을 산으로 가부분해함을 특징으로 하는 하기 식(Ⅳ)의 이미노티아졸린 화합물의 제조방법.
    [상기 식중, R1은 할로겐, 할로(C1-C3)알킬, 할로(C1-C3)알콕시 또는 할로(C1-C3)알킬티오이고; R4은 할로겐이며; R6은 수소 또는 메틸이고, R7은 C1-C6알킬카르보닐이다].
  15. 활성성분으로 제초적 유효량의 제1항의 화합뭍, 및 비활성 담체 또는 희석제를 함유하는 제초제 조성물.
  16. 제초적 유효량의 제1항의 화합물 및 비활성 담체 또는 희석제를 원하지 않는 잡초가 성장하거나 성장할 지역에 살포함을 특징으로 하는, 원하지 않는 잡초의 제조방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 화합물이 조성물 형태로 살포되는 방법.
