Claims (2)
- 조성이 Bi2-a+b+cPba(Sr, Ca)2-b-cCu2+d0x(여기서, a는 0 내지 0.7 이고; b+c는 0 내지 0.5이며 ; d는 -0.1 내지 0.1이고 X는 7내지 10이며, Sr : Ca비가 2.8:1 내지 1:2.8이다)인 비스무트, 스트론튬, 캄슘, 구리 및 납의 산화물과 황산 스트론튬 및/또는 황산 바륨으로 이루어진 고온 초전도체.
- 비스무트, 스트론튬, 칼슘, 구리 및 납의 산화물과 황산스트론튬 및/또는 황산 바륨을 밀접하게 혼합시키고, 혼합물을 870 내지 1300℃(황산 스트론튬 및/또는 황산 바륨의 함량이 높을수록 고온이 요구된다)의 온도까지 가열시킴으로써 용융시키고, 용융물을 주형에 붓고 주형 안에서 이것을 천천히 고형화시킨 다음 주형으로부터 제거된 성형품을 산소-함유 대기중에서 700 내지 900℃의 온도에서 열처리함을 특징으로 하여. 조성이 Bi2-a+b+cPba(Sr, Ca)2-b-cCu2+d0x(여기서, a는 0 내지 0.7 이고; b+c는 0 내지 0.5이며 ; d는 -0.1 내지 0.1이고 X는 7내지 10이다)인 비스무트, 스트론튬, 캄슘, 구리 및 납의 산화물로 이루어진 고온 초전도체를 제조하기 위한 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
