Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture superconductor without impairing superconductivity of ceramic material by immersing a substance concerned in the softened and fluidified powder of superconductive material of ceramic type or a mixture of its material powder, and by forming a superconductive film on the surface of the substance immersed. CONSTITUTION:A substance concerned is immersed in the softened and fluidified powder of superconductive material of ceramic type or the mixture of the material powder to form a superconductive film on the surface of the substance immersed. That is-immersion method is adopted, by which the substance is immersed in the molten powder of superconductive material of ceramic type or the mixture of its material powders, and a superconductive film is formed on the surface of the substance immersed. As variants to this immersion method, either the pullup method or pulldown method is used depending upon property and form of the substance immersed in the molten material. This permits easy manufacture of superconductor consisting of a superconductive material of ceramic type without impairing the superconductivity inherent to ceramic material.
