Claims (5)
- 도플러 효과를 발생시켜 도래 신호의 반송파 주파수를 변화시키도록 여러 방향으로부터 도래 신호를 수신하여 수신된 입력 신호로부터 생성된 표시를 표시기상에 제공하는 수중 음파탐지 장치로서, (i) 도래 신호를 수신하기 위한 다수의 초음파 변환기(1CH, 2CH, 3CH, … 120CH)와, (ii) 상기 초음파 변환기에서 발생된 수신 신호를 증폭하기 위한 다수의 전치 증폭기(P1, P2, P3,… P60)와, (iii) 적어도 두 개 이상의 초음파 변환기를 단일 전치 증폭기(P1, P2, …, P60)에 접속시키기 위한 제1접속 수단(SW1, SW2, SW3, …, SW60)과, (ⅳ) 상기 초음파 변환기에서 발생된 상기 수신 신호를 펄프-압축하기 위한 필터(15, r1, r2, …, rn, 16, 17, 18, R1, R2, R3, R4)와, (ⅴ) 상기 전치 증폭기의 출력 단자를 상기 필터의 입력 단자에 연속 접속하기 위한 제2접속 수단(SWb1, SWb2)과, (ⅵ) 상기 필터로부터 나온 출력 신호를 표시하기 위한 표시기(22)를 구비한 수중음파 탐지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1접속 수단은, 소스 단자가 초음파 변환기에 접속되며, 드레인 단자가 대응하는 전치 증폭기의 입력 단자에 접속되어진 전계 효과 트랜지스터를 구비한 수중음파 탐지장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전계 효과 트랜지스터의 게이트 단자에는 직각 파형으로 형상된 펄스 신호가 공급되며, 이 펄스 신호의 선연 및 후연은 라운드 오프되어지도록 한 수중음파 탐지장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 소스단자가 인접한 다수의 초음파 변환기에 각각 접속되어 있는 다수의 전계 효과 트랜지스터는 동시에 구동되어 상기 변환기에서 수신된 수신 신호를 대응하는 전치 증폭기에 공급하도록 한 수중 음파 탐지 장치.
- 도플러 효과를 발생시켜 도래 신호의 반송파 주파수를 변화시키도록 여러 방향으로부터 도래 신호를 수신하여 수신된 도래 신호로부터 생성된 표시를 표시기상에 제공하는 수중음파 탐지 장치로서, (ⅰ) m개(m>1)의 인접 변환기(1CH, 2CH, …, 60CH, 61CH, 62CH, … 120CH)를 각각 구비한 n개 그룹으로 분류되어 도래 신호를 수신하는 다수의 초음파 변환기(1CH, 2CH, 3CH, …, 120CH)와, (ⅱ) 상기 초음파 변환기에 의해 발생된 수신신호를 증폭하기 위한 n개의 전치 증폭기(P1, P2, …, P60)와, (ⅲ) 상기 n개 그룹 각각의 m개의 인접 초음파 변환기(1CH, 2CH, …, 60CH, 61CH, 62CH,…, 120CH)를 단일 장치 증폭기(P1, P2, …, P60)에 차례로 접속하기 위한 제1접속 수단(SW1, SW2, …, SW60)과, (ⅳ) 상기 초음파 변환기에 의해 발생된 상기 수단 신호를 펄스-압축하기 위한 필터(15, r1, r2, …, rn, 16, 17, 18, R1, R2, R3, R4)와, (ⅴ) 상기 m개의 전치 증폭기의 출력 단자를 상기 필터의 입력 단자에 연속 접속하기 위한 제2접속 수단(SWb1, SWb2) 및 (ⅵ) 상기 필터로부터 나온 출력 신호를 표시하기 위한 표시기(22)를 구비한 수중음파 탐지장치.
