Claims (10)
- 페놀설폰프탈레인 단백오차 지시제 및 메로시아닌 단백오차 지시제로 함침된 흡수성 지지체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 생물학적 샘플중의 단백질 검출용 분석 시험 스트립.
- 페놀설폰프탈레인 단백오차 지시제가 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)인 화합물이고 메로시아닌 단백오차 지시제는 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)인 화합물인, 페놀설폰프탈레인 단백오차 지시제 및 메로시아닌 단백오차 지시제로 함침된 흡수성 지지체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 생물학적 샘플중의 단백질 검출용 분석 시험 스트립.상기식에서, X는 -I, -Br, 또는 -CI이고, Y 는-NO2,또는 -NO이며, Z는 -I, -Br,또는 -CI이고, m은 1내지 6이고, Q는 -Br,-I, 또는 -CI이며, T는 -SO3 e또는 -H이며, R은 S, Se, O 또는 C(Cn2n1)2(여기서, n은 1내지 6이다)

- 제2항에 있어서, 시험 스트립중에 페놀설폰프탈레인 단백오차 지시제와 메로시아닌 단백오차 지시제가 약 5대 1 내지 약 2대 1의 몰 비율로 함유된 분석 시험 스트립.
- 페놀설폰프탈레인 단백오차 지시제가 하기 일반식 (Ⅰ')인 화합물이고 메로시아닌 단백오차 지시제는 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)인 화합물인, 페놀설폰프탈레인 단백오차 지시제 및 메로시아닌 단백오차 지시제로 함침된 흡수성 지지체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 생물학적 샘플중의 단백질 검출용 분석 시험 스트립.상기식에서, X는 -I, -Br, 또는 -CI이고, Y'는 -NO2,또는 -NO이며, Y"는 -I, -Br, 또는 -CI이고, Z는 -I, -Br, 또는 -CI이며, m은 1 내지 6이고, Q는 -Br,-I, 또는 -CI이며, T는 -SO3 e또는 -H이고, R은 S, Se, O 또는 C(CηH2η+1)2(여기서, n은 1내지 6이다)
