Claims (10)

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 메로시아닌 단백오차 지시제 화합물:
    상기식에서, m은 1내지 6의 정수이고, Q는 -Br, -I, 또는 CI이며, R은 S, Se, 0 또는 C(CnH2n+1)2(여기에서 n은 1내지 6정수이다)이고 T는 -SO3 또는 -H이다.
  2. 메로시아닌 단백오차 지시제 화합물 1-(-설포프로필)-2-(4'-하이드록시-3'-5'-디요오도스티릴)-3,3-디메틸인돌레니늄베타인.
  3. 메로시아닌 단백오차 지시제로 함침된 흡착성 담체를 함유하는, 액체 샘플중의 단백질 검출을 위한 분석용 시험 스트립.
  4. 일반적(Ⅰ) 메로시아닌 단백오차 지시제 화합물로 함침된 흡착성 담체를 함유하는, 액체 샘플중의 단백질 검출을 위한 분석용 시험 스트립.
    상기식에서, m은 1내지 6의 정수이고, Q는 -Br, -I, 또는 CI이며, R은 S, Se, 0 또는 C(Cn2n1)2(여기에서 n은 1내지 6정수이다)이고 T는 -SO3 또는 -H이다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, m이 3 또는 4의 정수이고, Q는 -Br,또는 -I 이며, R은 C(CnH2n+1)2(여기에서 n은 1내지 3정수이다)이고, T는 -SO3 인 분석용 시험 스트립.

  7. a)일반식(Ⅰ)의 메로시아닌 단백오차 지시제 화합물로 함침된 흡착성 담체를 함유하는 분석용 시험 스트립을 액체 샘플로 습윤시키고, b) 시험 스트립의 색변화(색변화는 액체 샘플중의 단백질의 존재를 암시한다)를 관찰 및 기록하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 액체 샘플중의 단백질을 검출하는 방법.
    상기식에서, m은 1내지 6의 정수이고, Q는 -Br, -I, 또는 CI이며, R은 S, Se, 0 또는 C(CnH2n+1)2(여기에서 n은 1내지 6정수이다)이고 T는 -SO3 또는 -H이다.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 메로시아닌 단백오차 지시제 화합물 1-(-설포프로필)-2-(4'-하이드록시-3'-5'-디요오도스티릴)-3,3-디메틸인돌레니늄 베타인인 방법.
  9. a)샘플에 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 메로시아닌 단백오차 지시제 화합물을 가하고, b)색변화(색변화는 샘플중의 단백질의 존재를 암시한다)를 관찰 및 기록하는 단계를 특징으로 하여, 샘플중의 단백질을 검출하는 방법.
    상기식에서, m은 1내지 6의 정수이고, Q는 -Br, -I, 또는 CI이며, R은 S, Se, 0 또는 C(CnH2n+1)2(여기에서 n은 1내지 6정수이다)이고 T는 -SO3 또는 -H이다.
