Claims (10)

  1. (a) 피검체의 항체를 함유하는 샘플을 프로조옴성 항원을 포함하는 면역 화학적 시약과 접촉시키는 단계; 및 (b) 프로조옴성 항원과 샘플내에 존재하는 상기 항원에 대한 반응성이 있는 임의의 항체간에 형성된 면역 복합체의 존재를 감지하는 단계를 포함하는 다발성 경화증의 감별진단에 유용한 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로조옴성 항원이 사람의 세포로 부터 유도된 프로조옴인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로조옴성 항원이 분자량이 약 25, 27, 31 또는 33킬로돌턴인 프로조옴성 단백질의 군으로부터 선택된 프로조옴성 단백질인 방법.
  4. 다발성 경화증을 가진 것을 추정되는 피검자의 샘플중에 존재하는 포로조옴성 항원에 대해 면역학적 반응성이 있는 항체와 면역학적으로 반응시키고자 제공된 프로조옴성 항원; 및 상기 항체가 프로조옴성 항원과 반응했는지의 여부를 판정하는 수단을 포함하는 상기 피검자에게서 다발성 경화증을 진단하는데 유용한 진단 테스트키트.
  5. 다발성 경화증을 가진 것을 추정되는 피검자의 샘플중에 존재하는 포로조옴성 항원에 대해 면역학적 반응성이 있는 항체와 면역학적으로 반응시키고자 제공된 프로조옴성 항원; 및 프로조옴성 항원과 반응한 임의의 피검자의 항체와 함께 반응시키기 위한 라벨링 된 항인( anti - hunman ) 항체 또는 라벨링된 항인 항체 분절(fragment)을 포함하는, 상기피검자에게서 다발성 경화증을 진단하는데 유용한 진단 테스트 키트.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 항인 항체 또는 항인 항체 분절을 라벨링하는데 사용한 라벨이 방사능 동위원소, 형광성 화합물, 비-과산화효소계 효소. 졸 입자 형태로 상용한 염료 졸 또는 금속 화합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 것인 진단 테스트 키트.
  7. (a)프로조옴성 항원을 고형 담체의 표면에 결합시키는 단계 (b)상기 결합된 프로조옴성 항원과 피검체의 항체를 함유하는 샘플을 접촉시키는 단계; (c)프로조옴성 항원과 이에 대해 반응성이 있는, 샘플중에 존재하는 임의의 항체를 이들의 면역학적 반응에 충분한 시간 동안 반응시켜서, 제1고체상과 제1액체상을 형성시키는 단계; (d)상기 제1액체상과 고체상을 분리시키는 단계; (e)상기 제1고체상을 상기 피검체가 속한 종의 면역 글로블린에 대해 직접적인 면역 글로블린이 부착되어 있는 금속 졸 분산 입자를 함유하는 시약과 접촉시켜서 금속 졸 입자 항-피검체 종 면역 글로블린 결합체를 형성시키는 단계; (f)상기 시약을 결합된 피검체의 항-프로조옴성 항원 면역 글로블린에 결합시키는 제2의 면역학적 반응을 수행함으로써, 상기 단계 (C)를 통해 결합된 항원의 부위에 상기 시약을 결합시켜 제2 고체상과 제2액체상을 형성시키는 단계; (g)상기 제2고체상과 제2액체상을 분리시키는 단계; 및 (h) 상기 제2고체상 또는 제2액체상중 어느 하나에 있어서, 금속 졸의 존재 여부 또는 그 양을 측정하는 단계를 포함하는, 다발성 경화증 진단에 유용한 진단 방법.
  8. 프로조옴성 항원으로 피복된 고체 상;비-고체 상내의 효소 라벨에 직접 또는 간접적으로 결합되어 있는 항인 항체 또는 항인 항체 분절; 및 라벨에 사용된 효소에 대한 기질을 포함하는, 다발성 경화증의 감별 진단에 유용한 테스트 키드.
  9. 제4항, 제5항, 제6항, 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 프로조옴성 항원이 사람의 세포로부터 유도된 프로조옴인 진단 테스트 키트.
  10. 제4항, 제5항, 제6항, 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 프로조옴성 항원이 분자량이 약 25, 27, 31 또는 33킬로돌턴인 프로조옴성 단백질의 군중에서 선택된 프로조옴성 단백질의 방법.
