Claims (7)
- 가변 속도 압축기와, 옥외 코일과, 가변 속도 모터를 갖춘 팬을 갖는 형태의 열 펌프 시스템의 옥외 조립체에 있어서, 작동 속도 범위에 걸쳐 압축기의 속도를 감지하는 감지 수단과, 옥외 코일의 냉매 온도를 감지하는 감지 수단과, 작동 속도의 전 범위에 걸쳐 팬의 작동 효율을 최적으로 하도록 압축기 속도와 냉매 온도에 따라 팬의 속도를 제어하는 제어 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 펌프 시스템의 옥외 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도 감지 수단이 옥외 코일내의 튜브 표면상에 설치된 서미스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 펌프 시스템의 옥외 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어 수단이 일정 배율값을 상기 감지된 냉매온도에 적용시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 펌프 시스템의 옥외 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어 수단이 일정 배율값을 압축기 속도에 적용시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 펌프 시스템의 옥외 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어 수단이 하기의 기수법에 따라 팬의 속도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 펌프 시스템의 옥외 조립체.팬 속도(%)=a+b(CS)+c(TOC)여기에서, 팬 속도(%)는 팬 모터가 작동하도록 요구된 최대 옥외 팬 속도(RPM)의 백분율이고, CS는 전체 속도 범위에 대해 표준화 된 압축기의 속도이며, TOC는 옥외 코일의 작동 온도이고, a,b,c는 상수이다.
- 가변 속도 압축기와, 옥외 코일과, 가변 속도 팬 모터를 갖는 형태의 열 펌프 시스템에서 팬 속도를 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 작동 속도 범위에 걸쳐 압축기의 속도를 감지하는 단계와, 옥외 코일의 냉매 온도를 감지하는 단계와, 압축기 작동 속도의 전 범위에 걸쳐 팬의 작동 효율을 최적으로 하도록 상기 감지된 압축기 속도와 냉매 온도에 따라 팬의 속도를 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 펌프 시스템의 팬 속도 제어 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 팬의 속도를 제어하는 단계가 하기의 기수법에 따라 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 펌프 시스템의 팬 속도 제어 방법.팬 속도(%)=a+b(CS)+c(TOC)여기서, 팬 속도(%)는 팬 모터가 작동하도록 요구된 최대 옥외 팬 속도(RPM)의 백분율이고, CS는 전체 속도 범위에 대해 표준화 된 압축기의 속도이며, TOC는 옥외 코일의 작동 온도이고, a,b,c 는 상수이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
