Claims (5)
- 물과 혼화성인 저급 알코올에 의해 재결정시킴으로써 일반식(I)과 7-클로로퀴놀린-8-카르복실산을 정제하는 방법에 있어서, 재결정을 소량의 염기 존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.식중, X는 수소, 할겐, 또는 저급 알킬기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 수산화물을 염기로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 1-메톡시-2-프로판올을 용매로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 재결정화되는 퀴놀린카르복실산을 계의 자생 압력하에 130내지 170℃에서 용해시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 정제되는 7-클로로-8-퀴놀린 카르복실산을 기준으로 0.1 내지 1중랑%의 염기를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
