Claims (12)
- 필수적으로 P2O541-70몰%, MgO, ZnO 또는 그의 혼합물 10-48몰% Al2O3, Cr2O3또는 그의 혼합물 2-20몰% 알칼리 금속 산화물 0-10몰%, CaO, SrO. BaO 또는 그의 혼합물 0-10몰% SiO20-10몰%, B2O30-20몰%, ZrO2, TiO2또는 그의 혼합물 0-10몰%, 및 Fe2O3및 희토류 금속 산화물 중에서 선택된 금속 산화물 0-10몰%로 이루어지며, 단(i)a=n(b+3c+d+e+2f+3g)[여기서, n=0.8-1.0 및 a=P2O5의 몰%', b=MgO, ZnO 또는 그의 혼합물의 몰%, c=Al2o3, Cr2o3또는 그의 혼합물의 몰%, d=M2O의 몰%(여기에서 M=Na, K, Rb, Cs), e=M'O의 몰%(여기에서 M'=Ca, Sr, Ba), f=ZrO2, TiO2또는 그의 혼합물의 몰%, 및 g=Fe2O3및 산화물의 몰%임]이고, (ii)알칼리 금속 산화물, CaO, Sro 및 BaO의 전체량이 10몰%를 넘지 않고, (iii)ZrO2, TiO2, Fe2O3및 희토류 금속 산화물의 전체량이 10몰%를 넘지 않는, 550-800℃의 연화점 및 약5.8미만의 유전 상수를 갖는 결정화될 수 있는 유리 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5% 이하의 SiO2를 함유하며, a=n(b+3c)이고, 여기에서, a=54-65%P2O5, b=17-30% MgO, c=10-17% Al2O3및 n=0.9-1.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 600-800℃의 연화점을 가지며, a=54-65% P2O5, b=17-21% MgO 및 c=13-17% Al2O3인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 550-750℃의 연화점을 가지며, a=54-62% P2O5, b=20-30% MgO 및 c=10-14% A12O3인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 필수적으로 제1항의 90-40중량% 무정형 유리의 매트릭스 중에 분산된 용융실리카, 석영, AlPO4(베르리나이트), AlP3O9, 코어디어라이트, 멀라이트, AIN, BN 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 불활성 충전재의 미분 입자 10-60증량%로 이루어진 충전된 결정화될 수 있는 유리 조성물.
- 결정성 메타인산염의 형성을 위하여 필수적으로 850-900℃의 온도로 가열된 제1항의 유리로 이루어진 유리-세라믹 조성물.
- 메타인산염의 결정화를 위하여 필수적으로 850-900℃에서 소성시킨 제5항의 유리로 이루어진 충전된 유리-세라믹 조성물.
- 유리 매질 중에 분산된 제1항의 무정형 결정화될 수 있는 유리의 미분 입자로 이루어진 후막 조성물.
- 유리로부터 유기 매질의 휘발 및 메타인산염의 결정화를 수행하기 위하여 850-900℃에서 소성된 기판상에 인쇄된 제8항의 후막 조성물의 층으로 이루어진 유전층.
- 유기 중합체 매트릭스 중에 분산된 제1항의 무정형 결정화될 수 있는 유리의 미분 입자의 필름으로 이루어진 그린 테이프.
- 유리로부터 유기 매질의 휘발 및 메타인산염의 결정화를 수행하기 위하여 850-900℃에서 소성된 제9항의 그린 테이프 1종 이상의 층으로 이루어진 유전층.
- (1)필수적으로 (a)1종 이상의 MP2O6계의 결정성 메타인산염, (b)1종 이상의 M'P3O9계의 결정성 메타인산염, (c)0-10%의 알칼리 금속 산화물, (d)0-10%의 CaO, SrO, BaO 또는 그의 혼합물, (e)0-10%의 B2O3, (f)0-10%의 ZO2, TiO2또는 그의 혼합물, 및 (g)0-10%의 Fe2O3또는 희토류 금속 산화물로 이루어진 제1항의 화학량론 비율의 미분 입자의 혼합물을 형성시키고, (2)혼합물을 용융시키고, (3)용융 혼합물을 급냉시켜서, 무정형 고체 유리를 형성시키는 연속 단계로 이루어지는 결정화될 수 있는 메타인산염 유리 조성물의 제조방법※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
