차량용 에어 컨디션닝 장치

제1도는 장치의 좌측부분은 수직의 길이방향 중심면을 따라 잘려지고 응축기의 후방부분이 잘려진, 차량지붕에 장착하기위한 에어컨더션닝 장치의 사시도,
제2도는 증발장치의 상부 하우징 벽을 생략하고 더 작은 척도로 나타낸 제1도에 따른 에어 컨디션닝 장치의 평면도,
제3도는 제2도에 표시된 선 Ⅲ-Ⅲ을 따라 자른 응측기의 단면도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 하우징부재(16)에 위치한 응축기(3)와 다른 하우징부재(4)에 위치한 증발장치(2)를 구비하고, 상기 2개의 장치중 하나가 다른 장치뒤에 주행방향으로 설치되고, 증발장치(2)는 하우징 내부영역을 가지며 순환공기구(5)는 차량내부로 부터 상기 하우징 내부영역으로 뻗어있고 차량내부로부터 나온 공기는 증발장치 레지스터(13), 경우에 따라서는 (주행방향에 대해 평행하게 뻗어있는) 가열 레지스터(14) 및 팬(15)을 통해 차량내부로 반송되는 차량 특히 승합 자동차의 지붕에 장착하기위한 편평한 구조의 에어 컨디션닝 장치에 있어서, 증발장치(2)가 주행 방향에서 볼때 응축기(3)의 앞에 있으며, 하우징부재(4)의 안쪽에 개폐가능한 신선한 공기유입구(12)를 가지며, 순환공기구(5) 둘레의 하우징 내부영역이 하우징부재(4)의 분리벽(6, 7)에 의하여 변경되고, 측면의 분리벽(6)이 개폐 가능한 순환공기플랩(8)을 가지며, 하우징 내부영역(10)의 후부내벽(7)이 개폐 가능한 공기배출플랩(9)을 가지며, 차량내부 및 하우징 내부영역으로부터 나온 공기가 상기 공기배출플랩(9)을 통해 응축기의 공기이송통로로 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어 컨디션닝 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 증발장치(2)의 하우징부재(4)의 분리벽(6, 7)이 순환공기구(5)위에 위치한, 외양과 관련하여 주행방향에서 볼때 앞쪽을 가늘게 하는 하우징공간(10)과 경계선을 이루는 것을 특징으로 차량용 에어컨디션닝 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 신선한 공기유입구(12)의 차폐장치 및/또는 순환 공기플랩(8) 및/또는 공기배출플랩(9)이 특히 공압의 조절장치에 의해 작동될 수 있고, 밀폐위치와 개방위치 사이에서 작은 단계로 또는 연속적으로 조절가능한 차량용 에어 컨디션닝 장치.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 편평한 구조로 차량지붕에 장치하기 위해, 응축기(3)가, 응축기 열교환기로서 주행방향에 대해 평행하게 뻗어있는 3개의 관 레지스터(17, 18, 19)를 구비하며, 상기 레지스터중 중앙의 것(19)이 차량지붕위에는 간격을 두고 설치되며 응축기(3)의 하우징부재(16)의 공기유입개구 아래에는 매개체없이 설치되고, 차량지붕위에 있는 응축기 열교환기의 배치가 사다리꼴 형상의 횡단면을 가진 공기챔버(22)를 경계짓고, 측면의 관 레지스터(17, 18)의 위에 배치된 응축기팬(23)에 의하여 다시 대기로 유출되도록 하기 위해 대기가 중앙의 관 레지스터(19)를 흘러지나간후 상기 공기챔버로 유입되도록 응축기의 횡단면과 관련하여 2개의 측면 관 레지스터(17, 18)가 비스듬하게 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어 컨디션닝 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 응축기 열교환기를 형성하는 관 레지스터(17, 18, 19)가 사다리꼴 형상의 횡단면을 가지는 금속 지지프레임 특히 알루미늄 금속 지지프레임(20)위에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어컨디션넝 장치.
  6. 제4 또는 5항에 있어서, 응축기팬(23)이 응축기를 둘러싸고 있는 하우징부재(16)의 위로 향한 벽에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어 컨디션닝 장치.
  7. 제1 내지 6항에 있어서, 증발기팬(15) 및/또는 응축기팬(23)이 일정한 제어범위에서 작은 단계로 또는 연속적으로 제어할 수 있는 출력을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어 컨디션닝 장치.
