폐기물 회수를 위한 방법 및 장치
[도면의 간단한 설명]
제1도는 과립과 분말형태의 3종류의 분류물을 제조하기 위한 폐기물 처리에 대한 방법의 흐름도 또는 장치의 배치를 개략적으로 보여주며,
제2도는 금속 분류물(fraction)의 추가 공정인 습식 화학, 전기 분해 과정 그리고 분리의 개략적인 설명도이다.

Claims (24)

  1. 폐쇄형(closed system)으로 폐기물을 연속적으로 그리고 교대로 기계적 파쇄와 분리를 하는 것을 포함하며, 그 분리의 단계는 과립과 분말의 형태로 분리되는 자성(B)과 비자성(C)금속분류물 뿐만 아니라 비금속분류물(A)를 생산하기 위해 분리의 단계가 기계적-물리적 건조분리 뿐만 아니라 자성에 의해서 수행되며, 두금속 분류물(B, C)이 자유 열분해 습식화학 또는 전기분해 분리에서 분리되기에 적합한 비금속 및 금속 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물의 회수방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 교대로 이루어지는 파쇄와 분리의 단계가 굵은 폐기물의 파쇄 그리고 그때 혼합된 자성 및 비자성의 분류물(G1, G2)로 폐기물 혼합물의 자성에 의한 분리 및 혼합 분류물의 기계적-물리적 분리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 자력 분리에 의해서 얻어지는 비자성의 혼합 분류물(G2)는 기계적-물리적분리 이전에 파쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 더 파쇄된 혼합 분류물이 기계적-물리적 분리전에 먼지와 유리(遊籬)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제5항에 있어서, 파손 및 먼지와의 유리됨에 의해 생기는 분말 혼합믈이 공압적으로 수집되고 여과되며 비자성의 혼합 분류물과 함께 기계적-물리적으로 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 자성의 혼합 분류물(G1)이 체를 통해 통과되며 체의 통과하지 않은 물질은 굵은 폐기물파쇄의 단계로 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 더 파쇄되고 먼지로 부터 분리되는 비자성의 혼합 분류물이 체를 통과하며 체에 걸린 물질은 앞의 파쇄단계로 다시 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 자성(Gl)과 비자성(G2)의 혼합 분류물의 기계적1-물리적 분리가 각각 정전기적으로 운전되는 분리에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 동접합(copper cementation)에 의해 자성의 금속 분류물(B)로부터 철계성분을 그리고 가성소다 공정으로 비자성의 분류물(C)로부터 앝루미늄성분을 추출하는 추가된 단계를 포함하며 두 금속 분류를(B,C)의 남는 성분은 양극을 만들기 위한 다음공정으로 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 남는 성분은 통과 귀금속의 성분을 포함하며 동성분은 전기분해에 의해서 양극(35)으로 부터 분리되고 귀금속 성분은 습식화학과 전기분해에 의해 전기분해 용기의 잔존물로 부터 정제되는 방법.
  11. 물질흐름과 관련 적어도 제1차 및 제2차의 기계적 파쇄기(1,3)와 자력 분리기(2), 그리고 자성의 금속분리물과 비금속 분류물로의 자력 분리기(2)에 의한 혼합물의 분리를 위한 제1차 기계적-물리적 분리기(5), 그리고 자력 분리기(2)에 의해서 만들어지고 비자성의 금속 분류물과 비금속의 분류물을 분리하기 위해 제2차 파쇄기(3)를 통해 안내되는 혼합물의 분리를 위한 적어도 제2차 기계적-물리적 분리기(10-12)와 분리기중의 하나에서 파쇄기로부터 분말의 재순환을 위한 추가장치(22,9,23)를 가지면서 비금속과 금속성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 폐기물의 회수를 의한 설비.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 체(4)가 제1차 분리기(5)보다 앞에 오는것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 체(8)가 적어도 제2차 분리기(10,12)보다 앞에 오는것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 제2차 파쇄기(3)와 체(8)사이에 먼지 분리기가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 먼지 분리기는 스월 소-터(swirl sorter) (6)와 싸이크론(7)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 파쇄기(1,3)와 먼지분리기(6,7)는 공압적으로 운전되는 집진기(9)과 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  17. 제11항에 있어서, 기계적-물리적 분리기(5,10-12)는 정전기적으로 운전되는 분리기인 장치.
  18. 제11항에 있어서, 적어도 많은 분리기들(10-12)이 혼합물(G2)을 비자성 금속 분류물과 비금속 분류물로 분리하기 위한 직렬로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  19. 제1항의 공정으로 회수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성의 금속 분류물(B).
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 비금속 성분은 많아야 0.1%중량이고 바람직하게는 0.005%중량 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분류물.
