Claims (11)

  1. 반복 단위중에 N+원자를 함유한 양이온 중합체와 반복 단위중에 -COO- 기, -SO3- 기 또는 -PO3- 기를 합유한 음이온 중합체를 반응시킴으로써 수득되는 고분자 전해질 착체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 양이온 중합체의 양이온 자리와 중합체의 음이온 자리의 농도비(양이온 자리/옴이온 자리)가 0.25 내지 4.0인 항균제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 양이온 중합체로서, (al)하기 일반식(I)로 표시되는 화합물. (a2)하기 일반식(II)로 표시되는 화합물, (a3)하기 일반식(III)으로 표시되는 화합물, 및 (a4)양이온성 다당류로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 화합물 1종 이상을 사용하는 항균제:
    상기식에서, R1및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 10개의 알킬렌기, 일반식
    (여기서, R11및 R12는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1또는 2개의 알킬렌기이다)로 표시되는 기 또는 아릴렌기이고, R2, R3, R5및 R6는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 3개의 알킬기이거나, 또는 R1은 상기식중의 2개의 질소윈자 및 R2, R3, R5및 R6와 함께 일반식으로 표시되는 기를 형성하고, R4는 상기한 바와 같으며, X1 -는 쌍이온이고, m은 5이상의 수이며, A는 일반식
    (여기서, B는 탄소수 1 또는 2개의 알킬렌기이며, R21, R22및 R23은 각각 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 3개의 알킬기이고, X2 -는 쌍이온이다)로 표시되는 기이거나, 또는 일반식

    (여기서, R25는 탄소수 1 또는 2개의 알킬기이며, R26, R27및 R28은 각각 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 3개의 알킬기이고, X4는 쌍이온이다)로 표시되는 기이며, n은 10이상의 수이고, v는 3 또는 4이며, R91은 수소원자; 탄소수 1 내지 4개의 알킬기; 하이드록시기. 머캅토기 또는 탄소수 1 내지 3개의 알킬티오기로 치환된 탄소수 1 내지 4개의 알킬기; 또는 이미다졸릴 메틸기 또는 인돌릴메틸기이고, R92,는 -N+H2X5 -또는 -N+HC(NH)NH2X6 -이며, X- 5및 X- 6는 각각 독립적으로 쌍이온이고, t는 20 내지 100이며, r은 10이상의 정수이다.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 음이온 중합체로서, (b1)하기 일반식(IV)로 표시되는 화합물, (b2)하기 일반시(V)로 표시되는 화합물. 및 (b3)음이온성 다당류로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 화합물 1종 이상을 사용하는 항균제:
    상기식에서, u는 1 또는 2이고, R81은 수소윈자; 탄소수 1 내지 4개의 알킬기; 하이드록시기, 머캅토기 또는 탄소수 1 내지 3개의 알킬티오기로 치환된 탄소수 1 내지 4개의 알킬기 또는 이미다졸릴메틸기 또는 인돌릴메틸기이며; s는 20 내지 100이고, q는 10 이상의 정수이며, R31은 수소원자 또는 메틸기이고, R32는 탄소수 6 내지 18개의 알킬기이며, Y는 카복실기 또는 그의 염, 설폰산기 또는 그의 염, 또는 설폰산기 또는 그의 염을 함유하는 아릴기이고, a는 20 내지 100의 수이며, p는 10 이상의 수이다.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(I)의 화합물중, R1및 R4가 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 2 내지 8개의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬렌기이며, R11및 R12가 p위치에서 결합되어 있는 상기 일반식(I)로 표시되는 화합물(a1)을 사용하는 항균제.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(III)의 화합물중, R91이 수소원자, 메틸기, 이소프로필기, 이소부틸기, s-부틸기. 하이드록시메틸기, 하이드록시에틸기, 메틸티오에틸기, 머캅토메틸기, 5-이미다졸릴메틸기 또는 3-이미다졸릴메틸기인 상기 일반식(III)으로 표시되는 화합물(a3)를 사용하는 항균제.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 양이온성 다당류(a4)로서, 키토산, 키토산의 유도체, 또는 중성 다당류의 디에틸아미노 에틸 유도체를 사용하는 항균제.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(IV)의 화합물중, R81이 수소원자, 메틸기, 이소프로필기, 이소부틸기, s-부틸기, 하이드록시메틸기. 하이드록시에틸기, 메틸티오에틸기, 머캅토메틸기, 5-이미다졸릴 메틸기 또는 3-이미다졸틸메틸기인 상기 일반식(IV)로 표시되는 화합물(b1)을 사용하는 항균제.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(V)의 화합물중, R32가 탄소수 6 내지 14개의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기이며, a가 50 내지 100인 상기 일반식(V)로 표시되는 화합물(b2)을 사용하는 항균제.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, 음이온성 다당류로서, 히알루론산 및 그의 유도체, 아르긴산 및 그의 유도체, 콘드로이틴 황산 A, 콘드로이틴 황산 C, 콘드로이틴 황산 B(델마탄황산) 및 그의 유도체, 콘드로이틴 황산 D 및 그의 유도체, 콘드로이틴 황산 E 및 그의 유도체 헤파란 황산 및 그의 유도체, 헤파린 및 그의 유도체 k-카라게난 및 그의 유도체, λ-카라게난 및 그의 유도체, 카복시메틸화. 황산화 또는 인산화된 셀룰로오스 유도체, 카복시메틸화, 황산화 또는 인산화된 키틴 유도체, 카복시메틸 전분 및 그의 유도체, 카복시메틸화, 황산화 또는 인산화된 아밀로오스 유도체, 카복시메틸화, 황산화 또는 인산화된 아밀로펙틴 유도체, 카복시메틸화, 황산화 또는 인산화된 β-1,3'-글루칸 유도체, 카복시메틸화, 황산화 또는 인산화된 β-1,2'-글루칸유도체. 카복시메틸화, 황산화 또는 인산화된 β-1,3', β-1,6'-글루칸유도체, 카복시메틸화, 황산화 또는 인산화된 덱스트란유도체, 카복시메틸화. 황산화 또는 인산화된 플루란유도체, 카복시메틸화, 황산화 또는 인산화된 아가로오스유도체, 카복시메틸화. 황산화 또는 인산화된 β-1,4'-갈락탄유도체, 카복시메틸화, 황산화 또는 인산화된 만난유도체, 및 카복시메틸화, 황산화 또는 인산화된 이누린유도체로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 음이온성다당류(b3) 1종 이상을 사용하는 항균제.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 고분자 전해질 착체를 담체상에 담지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균재료.
