Claims (10)
- 입체 이성질체 혼합물 형태 또는 순수 입체 이성질체 형태의 하기 구조식(Ⅰ)의 4-〔3-〔에틸〔3-(프로필술피닐)프로필〕아미노〕-2-히드록시프로폭시〕-벤조니트릴 화합물과 폴리스티렌술폰산의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물이 입체 이성질체 혼합물 형태임을 특징으로 하는 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물이 하기 입체 이성질체: 4-〔3-〔에틸〔3-(프로필술피닐)프로필〕아미노〕-2(R)-히드록시프로폭시〕-벤조니트릴, 4-〔3-〔에틸〔3-((R*)-프로필술피닐)아미노〕-2(R)-히드록시프로폭시〕-벤조니트릴, 4-〔3-〔에틸〔3-((S*)-프로필술피닐)아미노〕-2(R)-히드록시프로폭시〕-벤조니트릴, 4-〔3-〔에틸〔3-((R*)-프로필피닐〕아미노〕-2(S)-히드록시프로폭시〕-벤조니트릴, 4-〔3-〔에틸〔3-((S*)-프로필피닐)아미노〕-2(S)-히드록시프로폭시〕-벤조니트릴, 4-〔3-〔에틸〔3-((S*)-프로필피닐)아미노〕-2(R)-히드록시프로폭시〕-벤조니트릴중 어느 한 형태임을 특징으로 하는 염.
- 제1항에 기재된 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 폴리스티렌술폰산과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 염의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리스티렌술폰산이 소립자 형태임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 산 형태 또는 이온 교환 반응에 적합한 금속 이온과의 염 형태의 폴리스티렌술폰산 소립자를 적당한 반응 매질 중의 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 용액에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 이온 교환 반응에 적합한 금속 이온과의 염 형태의 폴리스티렌술폰산 소립자를 이온교환 작업용 컬럼에 충전시키고, 이 컬럼에 적당한 염 형태의 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 용액을 감함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 염의 유효량을 치료를 요하는 숙주에 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 인간을 포함한 포유동물의 심부정맥을 예방 또는 경감시키는 방법.
- 약제, 특히 항부정맥제로서 유용한 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 염.
- 심부정맥 억제 작용을 갖는 약제 제조를 위한 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 염의 용도.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
