Claims (13)
- 면역분석법에 이용되는 시약중의 하나가 항체 또는 항원이 결합하는 제1이동성 폴리머 입자로 이루어지고, 상기 제1입자를 상기 항체 또는 항원이 결합하지 않는 제2이동성 폴리머 입자와의 혼합물로 제공하여 개선시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 항체와 항원의 상호 작용과 관련하는 면역분석법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 면역분석법이 면역학적 결합 반응이 일어나는 지지층을 포함하고, 이 지지층 상에 상기 혼합물을 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역분석법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물을 상기 지지층의 제1한정 구역상에 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역분석법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1항체가 상기 제1 이동성 입자에 결합하고, 상기 제1 항체에 대한 항체가 상기 지지층의 제2 한정 구역에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역분석법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 이동성 폴리머 입자에 결합하는 단백질을 더 포함하고, 상기 단백질이 상기 항체-항원 반응에 참여하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역분석법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2 이동성 입자에 결합하는 단백질이 알부민인 것을 특징으로 하는 면역분석법.
