Claims (10)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 플루오로-클로로-벤젠 유도체.상기식에서 R은 탄소수 12이하의 알킬 또는 할로게노알킬 잔기를 나타내고, 여기에서 하나 또는 두개의 비인접 CH2그룹은 -0-, 및/또는 -HC=CH-로 치환될 수도 있으며, 래디칼 A는 다음 구조식(1) 또는 (2)의 링이고Q는 구조식(1) 또는 (2)의 2가 래디칼 또는 단일 결합이거나, 또는 A가 트랜스-1,4-시클로헥실렌인 경우, 다음 구조식(3), (4) 또는 (5)의 2가 래디칼이고,L0,L1및 L2는 각기 독립적으로 H 또는 F이고, 단, 분자내에 존재하는 L|0,L1및 L2의 적어도 하나는 F를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음 일반식(Ia)을 특징으로 하는 벤젠 유도체.상기식에서 R, A 및 Q는 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음 일반식(Ib)를 특징으로 하는 벤젠 유도체.상기식에서 R 및 A는 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같고, Q는 트랜스-1,4-시클로헥실렌 또는 1,4-페닐렌이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음 일반식(Ic)를 특징으로 하는 벤젠 유도체.상기식에서 R은 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같고, 래디칼 A는 트랜스-1,4-시클로헥실렌 또는 1,4-페닐렌이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음 일반식(Id)를 특징으로 하는 벤젠 유도체.상기식에서 R은 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음 일반식(Ie)를 특징으로 하는 벤젠 유도체.상기식에서 Q는 일반식(3),(4) 또는 (5)의 2가 래디칼이고, R 및 L2는 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같다.
- 제6항에 있어서, 다음 일반식(If)를 특징으로 하는 벤젠 유도체.상기식에서 R, L0및 L2는 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같다.
- 제6항에 있어서, 다음 일반식(Ig)를 특징으로 하는 벤젠 유도체.상기식에서 R, L0, L2는 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같다.
- 적어도 2종 화합물의 혼합물인 액정 매체에 있어서, 적어도 1종의 화합물이 제1항에 따른 벤젠 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정매체.
- 액정표시장치에 있어서, 장치가 제9항에 따른 액정 매체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
