Claims (5)
- 2 내지 10개의 탄소원자를 갖는 올레핀과 프로필렌의 신디오택틱 랜덤 공중합체에 있어서, 상기 중합체 사슬중의 폴리에틸렌 유니트를 제외한 폴리프로필렌 유니트와 폴리올레핀 유니트의 미세구조는 각각 메소트리아드(mm)로 구성된 유니트로 연결된 반복성 라셈(r)다이아드의 주블록(predominant block)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 신디오택틱랜덤 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 사슬의 폴리프로필렌 유니트의 구조는 80% 이상의 라셈(r)다이아드로 구성된 것인 신디오택틱 랜덤 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 사슬중의 폴리에틸렌 유니트를 제외한 폴리올레핀 유니트이 구조는 70%이상의 라셈(r)다이아드로 구성된 것인 신디오택틱 랜덤 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀은 에틸렌, 1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 4-메틸펜텐 1-헥센, 1-헵텐, 1-옥텐, 1-노넨 및 1-데센을 포함하는 군으로 부터 선택된 것인 신디오택틱 랜덤 공중합체.
- a)하기일반식으로 표시되는 메탈로센 촉매를 선택하고; b)프로필렌 및 2 내지 10개의 탄소원자를 갖는 올레핀 단량체와 보조 촉매로서 알루미늄 화합물을 함유한 중합반응 영역내로 상기 메탈로센 촉매를 도입하고; c)중합 반응 조건하에 상기 반응 영역을 유지하는 것을 포함하는 2 내지 10개의탄소원자를 갖는 올레핀 단량체와 프로필렌을 공중합시켜 신디오택틱 랜덤 공중합체를 제조하는 방법:R"(CpRn)(CpR'm)MeQk상기식에서 각각의 Cp는 시클로펜타디에닐 또는 치환된 시클로펜타 디에닐 고리이고; 각각의 Rn은 동일하거나 상이하며, 1 내지 20개의 탄소원자를 갖는 하이드로카르빌 래디칼이며; 각각의 R'm은 동일하거나 상이하며, 1 내지 20개의 탄소원자를 갖는 하이드로카르빌 래디칼이며; R"은 상기 촉매에 입체 강성도를 부여하는 상기 Cp고리들간의 구조적 브릿지이며; Me는 원소 주기율표의 4b, 5b 또는 6b족 금속이며; 각각의 Q는 1 내지 20개의 탄소원자를 갖는 하이드로카르빌 래디칼 또는 할로겐이며; 0〈K〈3;0〈n〈4;1〈m〈4; 이며; 여기에서 R'm은 (CpR'm)이 (CpRn)과는 입체적으로 상이한 고리가 되도록 선택된다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
