Description

알루미늄계 산화물, 그의 성형품 및 알루미늄계 산화물의 제조방법

제1도는 실시예1에서 수득되는 본 발명의 산화물 분말의 입도(particle size) 측정을 보여주는 주사 전자 현미경 사진(scanning electron microscope photograph)이다. 제2도는 상기 산화물 분말중에 함유하는 금속 비스무트 및 금속 알루미늄 존재 상태를 표시하는 X-선 회절도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. A11-x-y2BixM1y1M2y2Oz(식중 x는 0.0001≤x≤0.10으로 정의되고 M1은 Si, P, B, Sb, Se, Te, Sn, Zn, In, Cr, Nb, Sc, Y, Sr, Ba, Ca, Na, Li, Mg, Mn, W, Ti, Zr, Hf, Be 및 희토류 금속에서 선택된 적어도 하나이고, M2는 Fe, Ni, Co, Rh, Ru, Re, Cu 및 Pb로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나이고 y1은 0≤y1≤0.1로 정의되고, y2는 0≤y2≤0.01로 정의되고, z은 1,2≤z≤1.5로 정의되고, x, y1, y2 및 z은 각각 원자비이다.)의 조성을 갖는 실질적인 무정형 알루미늄계 산화물.
  2. A1Bi계 합금의 무정형 산화물 및 금속 상태의 A1 또는 Bi를 함유하는 알루미늄계 금속 조성물.
  3. A11-x-y1-y2BixM1y1M2y2O2(식중 x는 0.0001≤x≤0.10으로 정의되고 M1은 Si, P, B, Sb, Se, Te, Sn, Zn, In, Cr, Nb, Sc, Y, Sr, Ba, Ca, Na, Li, Mg, Mn, W, Ti, Zr, Hf, Be 및 희토류 금속에서 선택된 적어도 하나이고, M2는 Fe, Ni, Co, Rh, Ru, Re, Cu 및 Pb에서 선택된 적어도 하나이고 y1은 0≤y1≤0.1로 정의되고, y2는 0≤y2≤0.01로 정의되고, z은 1,2≤z≤1.5로 정의되고, x, y1, y2 및 z은 각각 원자비이다.)의 조성을 갖는 무정형 알루미늄계 산화물 및 금속 상태의 A1 또는 Bi를 함유하는 알루미늄계 금속 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄계 산화물이 평균 입경 0.1∼100 미크론을 갖는 분말인 무정형 알루미늄계 산화물.
  5. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 평균입경 0.1∼100 미크론을 갖는 분말인 알루미늄계 산화물.
  6. 제1항 또는 5항중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 무정형 알루미늄계 산화물 또는 알루미늄계 금속 조성물을 성형시킨 금속 조성물.
  7. A11-x-y1-y2BixM1y1M2y2Oz(식중 x는 0.0001≤x≤0.10으로 정의되고 M1은 Si, P, B, Sb, Se, Te, Sn, Zn, In, Cr, Nb, Sc, Y, Sr, Ba, Ca, Na, Li, Mg, Mn, W, Ti, Zr, Hf, Be 및 희토류 금속에서 선택된 적어도 하나이고, M2는 Fe, Ni, Co, Rh, Ru, Re, Cu 및 Pb로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나이고 y1은 0≤y1≤0.1로 정의되고, y2는 0≤y2≤0.01로 정의되고, x, y1, y2 및 z은 각각 원자비이다.)의 조성을 갖는 용융액을 급냉응고시키고 그후 생성된 응고물을 산화하는 것으로 이루어진 제1항 내지 5항 기재의 알루미늄계 산화물 또는 알루미늄계 금속 조성물의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 기재한 상기 무정형 알루미늄계 산화물 또는 상기 알루미늄계 금속 조성물을 가열 처리하여 수득되는 결정성 알루미늄계 산화물.
  9. 제6항 기재의 성형품을 가열 처리하여 수득되는 결정성 알루미늄계 산화물의 성형품.
