Claims (10)
- 추진장약분말원료를 압출기로부터 방출되기전에 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압출기를 통해 알콜 및 에테르를 용매로 사용하여 일염기 추진장약분말을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 냉각이 35∼40℃의 온도범위에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 압출기의 스크류우 구역(1)을 가급적 최대한 채운 상태에서 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 3항에 있어서, 추진장약분말을 압출기 스크류우(1)의 저속회전상태하에 진행시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항에 있어서, 알콜함유량을 25%∼353% 사이로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항에 있어서, 높은 디니트로톨루엔(DNT) 함유량을 가진 추진장약분말의 알콜 함유량을 25% 이하로 낮추는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항에 있어서, 압출기 출구구역내의 압력이 25∼35 바아가 되도록 에테르 함유량을 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 하우징(2)내에 지지된 적어도 하나의 스크류우(1)와 하우징(2)의 방출단부에 배치되고 그 방출단부에 위치한 추진장약분말의 냉각수단을 가진 적어도 하나의 다이스(3 를 포함하는 하나의 압출기 헤드(4)를 포함하여 특히 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항의 방법에 따라 알콜 및 에테르를 용매로 사용하여 일염기 추진장약 분말을 제조하는 장치로서, 스크류우(1)의 단부구역과 다이스(3) 사이에 통로(7)가 제공되고 이 통로내에 냉각맨드릴(8)이 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 하우징(2)의 방출단부에 스크류우(1)의 단부구역을 둘러싸는 제1냉각쟈켓(5)을 설치하고 통로(7)에는 제2냉각쟈켓(6)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 냉각맨드릴(8)이 통로(7)내의 중심에 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
