Claims (12)

  1. 반응이 기체상에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는, 상응하는 퍼플루오로 알킬 요오다이드 RF-I과 브롬의 반응에 의한 퍼플루오로알킬 브로마이드 AF-Br(RF는 2 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 포함하는 선형 또는 측쇄 퍼플루오로알킬 라디칼)의 연속적인 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 200℃와 600℃사이의 온도에서, 바람직하게는 350℃와 500℃사이의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Br2/RFI몰비가 0.1 내지 2사이, 바람직하게는 0.3 내지 1사이인 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 불활성 희석제의 존재하에, 바람직하게는 질소의 존재하에서 수행되는 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 접촉시간이 1초 내지 2분 사이인, 바람직하게는 5초 내지 30초 사이인 방법.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 대기압에서 수행되는 방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 브롬 및 RFI의 균일 혼합물이 반응기로 도입되는 방법.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Br2/RFI의 몰비를 0.5이하로 수행한 다음, 요오드를 반응 혼합물에서 분리하여, RFBr/RFI 혼합물을 수득하고, 이를 증류시켜 RFI를 재순환시키거나 보충 브롬을 가하여 2차 반응기에서 반응기에서 반응을 종료하는 방법.
