STN액정 모듈 조립 장치 및 그 조립방법

제 1도는 본 발명에 따른 STN액정 모듈 조립 장치를 도시한 평면도,
제 2도는 본 발명에 따른 STN액정 모듈 조립 장치를 도시한 정면도,
제 3도는 제1도에서 액정 판넬 지지대를 도시한 확대 사시도,

Claims (6)

  1. PCB 회로 기판(21)과 액정 판넬(22)과 새시(26)를 순차 적층하여 액정 모듈을 조립하는 방법에 있어서, X, Y축상으로 이동 자재할 수 있는 액정 판넬 지지대(3)에 PCB회로 기판(21)을 안착하여 고정하고, 위치 조절이 가능한 이동 수단(8)으로 PCB회로 기판상(21)에 제브라 콘넥터(25)를 이송하여 유치하고, PCB회로 기판(21)에 형성된 얼라인 마크(23)를 CCD카메라의 중심선에 합치하여 고정하고, 여기에 액정 판넬(22)을 적층하여 전기한 CCD 카메라의 중심선에 액정 판넬(22)의 얼라인 마크(23)를 합치하고, 제브라 콘넥터(25)를 제브라 콘넥터 이동 수단(8)으로 부터 이격시켜 회수하고, 새시(26)를 안착하고, 위치 조절이 용이한 새시 고정구 이송 수단(10)으로 새시 고정구(9)를 이동시켜 액정 모듈을 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 모듈 조립 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 새시(26)의 ㄴ자형 러그(27)의 수직부를 액정 판넬 지지대(3)에 의해 지지하고, 액정 판넬지지대(3)의 일측으로 돌출된 ㄴ자형 러그(27)의 돌출부(28)만을 꺽는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 모듈 조립 방법.
  3. 고장 장치(32)와 러그 삽입 홈(34)을 형성한 적어도 1개 이상의 액정 판넬 지지대(3)와 이 액정 판넬 지지대(3)를 이동시키는 이송 수단(2, 4)과 제브라 콘넥터(25)를 부착하는 부착수단(7)과 이를 이송하는 이송 수단(8)과 고정 장치(15)를 형성한 새시 고정구(9)와 이를 지지하는 지지 봉(14)과 새시 고정구(9)를 이송하는 이송 수단(10)으로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 모듈 조립 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 액정 판넬 지지대 이송 수단(2,4) 중 한 조를 한 축 방향 이송 수단(5)에 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 모듈 조립 장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 제브라 콘넥터 부착 수단(7)의 형상이 ㄴ자형인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 모듈 조립 장치.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 새시 고정구(9)의 형상이 요철형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 모듈 조립 장치.
