Claims (7)
- 단위실체를 차례로 연결해서 전체로서 일정용적의 청정공간을 구성하는 연결식 클리인공간장치에 있어서, 각 단위실체마다 공기순환수단 및 먼지제거 수단을 구비하고, 또 각 단위실체에 상기 청정공간과 차단된 공기조정수단 설치공간을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 결식 클리인공간장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 단위실체의 양단부에, 단위실체를 차례로 연결해서 내부공간을 연통시키기 위한 개구부를 구비하고, 또한 이 개구부와는 별도의 위치에 단위실체를 연결해서 내부공간을 연통시키기 위한 개구부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 연결식 클리인 공간장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 단위실체의 양단부에 형성한 개구부와는 별도의 위치에 형성한 개구부에 상기 단위실체와는 다른 종류의 단위실체를 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 연결식 클리인 공간장치.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 단위실체의 공기조정수단설치공간에 공기조정수단이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결식클리인공간장치.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 연결한 단위실체중, 공기조정수단이 필요하게 되는 단위실체에 대해서만, 그 공기조정수단 설치공간에 공기조정수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 연결식 클리인공간장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 연결한 단위실체중, 공기조정수단을 설치할 필요가 없는 단위실체에 대해서는 공기조정수단 설치공간을 제거한 것을 특징으로 하는 연결식 클리인공간장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 연결한 단위실체중, 공기조정수단을 설치할 필요가 없는 단위실체에 대해서 공기조정수단 설치공간 및 아래쪽으로부터 위쪽으로 공기가 흐르는 공기유로를 제거하고, 다른쪽 공기조정수단을 설치하고 있는 단위실체와, 그 단위실체의 공기유로를 공용하도록 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 연결식 클리인공간장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
