Claims (2)

  1. 공기 취출구와 공기흡입구를 구비하여 이루어진 작업공간과, 상기 공기흡입구와 공기취출구를 연통하도록 설치된 공기 환류와, 상기 작업공간과 공기환류로로 이루어진 공기순환 계통내에 순환기류를 형성하는 제1의 송풍기와 상기 공기순환 계통내에 설치된 필터와 상기 공기순환계통외의 공기를 송풍하는 제2의 송풍기와 상기 제2의 송풍기에 의해 송풍된 공기를 상기 작업공간의 작업용 개구면에 공급하여 에어커어틴을 형성하도록 설치된 에어커어틴 취출구와, 상기 공기환류로에 설치되어 기류의 일부를 옥외로 배출하도록 구성된 배기수단을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 청정작업대.
  2. 상기 배기수단에 의한 배기풍량이 상기 에어커어틴의 풍량의 1배 이상 2배 이하로 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 청정작업대.
