Claims (4)

  1. 지지체 및 방열체의 기능을 갖는 얇은 금속판 1과, 그 단자들로서 금속피복된 패드들을 가지는 반도체 칩 23, 25의 형태로 된 복수의 전자소자들과, 상기 금속피복된 패드들과 관련 회로장치를 외부 전기회로에 연결시키기 위한 단자 5들 사이에 연결된 도선 27들을 포함하는 전기적인 연결 수단들과, 그 표면들 중 적어도 한 표면 부위를 제외한 얇은 금속판 1, 반도체칩 23, 25 및 단자 5들을 제외한 전기적 연결 수단들을 함께 수용 조립하는 플라스틱재 몸체 3을 포함하는 회로 장치로서, 얇은 금속판 1에 결합된 인쇄회로기판 9와, 단자 5들을 포함하는 상기 전기적 연결 수단들의 일부를 가지는 상기 기판상에 인쇄된 회로를 포함하고 반도체칩 23, 25들 중 적어도 한 칩 23이 얇은 금속판 1에 이 판으로부터 인쇄회로기판 9의 통공 17 내부로 돌출하여 있도록 직접 부착 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모듈식 구조 전원회로 장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 전자소자들중 적어도 하나가 인쇄회로기판 상에 고정된 반도체칩 25로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 장치.
  3. 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 인쇄회로기판 9가 양면 접착성의 층 19에 의해 얇은 금속판 1에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 장치.
  4. 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 인쇄회로기판이 판 1' 상에 고정 제공되고 기판 9' 및 판 1' 간의 스페이서 역할을 하도록 만들어진 지주 29들을 통해 얇은 금속판 1'에 결합되고, 플라스틱 몸체 3이 상기 스페이서 역할의 지주들에 의해 기판 9' 및 판 1' 간에 형성된 갭 내부로 연장 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 장치.
