Claims (6)

  1. 기판과 상기 기판상에 형성되고, 뾰족한 선단을 가진 복수의 캐소드와, 진공공간을 사이에 두고 상기 캐소드와 대면하는 평면애노드와, 상기 캐소드와 반대측의 상기 애노드상에 배치되는 발광수단으로 구성되고, 상기 애노드는 상기 캐소드에 대응하는 위치에 복수의 돌기부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면표시장치.
  2. 기판과, 상기 기판상에 배치되는 복수의 전자원과, 진공공간을 사이에 두고 상기 전자원과 대면하는 전극과, 상기 기판과 반대측의 상기 전극상에 배치되는 발광수단으로 구성되고, 상기 전자원은 복수의 전자원을 포함하며, 각 전자원에 의해 전자가 연속적으로 증폭되어 발광수단에 입사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면표시장치.
  3. 기판과, 상기 기판상에 배치되는 복수의 전자원과, 진공공간을 사이에 두고 상기 전자원과 대면하는 전극과, 상기 기판과 반대측의 상기 전극상에 배치되는 발광수단으로 구성되고, 상기 전자원은 제1전자를 발생하기 위한 제1전자원과, 몰타효과에 의해 상기 제1전자원으로부터의 제1전자를 증폭하기 위한 제2전자원으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면표시장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2전자원은 산화세슘막, 산화알루미늄 막 및 알루미늄막의 적층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면표시장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2전자원은 산화마그네슘막, 산화니켈막 및 니켈막의 적층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면표시장치.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전자원과 상기 전극사이에 전극을 향해 방출되는 전자비임을 제어하기 위한 게이트전극이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면표시장치.
