Claims (16)
- 실재료로서 섬유상 붕산알루미늄과, 심재료의 표면을 피복하는 도전성물질층으로 이루어진 섬유상 도전성필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유상 붕산알루미늄의 평균섬유길이는 10∼30㎛ 이고, 섬유의 평균직경은 0.5∼1㎛이며, 화학적조성은 9Aℓ2O32B2O3또는 2Aℓ2O3B2O3로 표현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 도전성필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도전성물질층은 안티몬 또는 불소로 도우프된 산화주석층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 도전성필터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 도우팬트는 안티몬이고, 그양은 Sb2O3의 양으로 표현하여 살화주석에 대해 1∼15 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 도전성필터.
- 제4항에 있어서, Sb2O3의 양으로 표현된 양은 산화주석에 대해 2∼12중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 도전성 필터.
- 심재료로서 섬유상 붕산알루미늄, 섬유상 붕산알루미늄을 피복하는 산화티탄층 및 산화티탄층을 피복하는 도전성물질층으로 이루어진 섬유상 도전성필터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 섬유상 붕산알루미늄위에 피복된 산화티탄의 양은 섬유상 붕산알루미늄의 중량에 대해 2∼50중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 도전성필터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 섬유상 붕산알루미늄의 평균섬유길이는 10∼30㎛이고, 섬유의 평균직경은 0.5∼1㎛이며, 화학적 조성은 9Aℓ2O32B2O3또는 2Aℓ2O3B2O3로 표현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 도전성필터.
- 제8항에 있어서, 도전성물질층은 안티몬 또는 불소로 도우프된 산화주석층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 도전성필터.
- 제9항에 있어서, 도우팬트는 안티몬이고, 그양은 Sb2O3의 양으로 표현하여 산화주석에 대해 1∼15중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 도전성필터.
- 제10항에 있어서, Sb2O3의 양으로 표현된 양은 산화주석에 대해 2∼12중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 도전성필터.
- 안티몬 또는 불소로 도우프된 도전성물질의 층을 섬유상 붕산알루미늄표면위에 직접 형성하는 공정으로 이루어지는 섬유상 도전성필터의 제조방법.
- 섬유상 붕산알루미늄 표면에, 섬유상 붕산알루미늄의 중량에 대해 산화티탄의 중간층을 2∼50중량%의 양으로 형성하고, 섬유상 붕산알루미늄의 표면에 안티몬 또는 불소로 도우프된 도전성물질의 층을 형성하는 공정으로 이루어지는 섬유상 도전성필터의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 산화티탄피복섬유상 붕산알루미늄위에 조전성물질의 층을 형성하는 공정은, 소정량의 염화주석(Ⅳ)을 함유하는 에탄올용액을, 60∼80℃로 유지된 물에 산화티탄피복섬유상 붕산알루미늄을 분산시켜 얻을 슬러리에 점차로 첨가하여, 이들을 가수분해해서 안티몬으로 도우프된 산화주석화합물을 석출시켜 섬유상 붕산알루미늄위에 피막을 형성하고, 슬러리를 여과, 세정, 건조하고 생성물을 소성하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 도전성필터의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 산화티탄피복 섬유상 붕산알루미늄위에 도전성물질의 층을 형성하는 공정은, 소정량의 염화주석(Ⅳ)과 염화안티몬을 함유하는 수용액과 알카리수용액을, 60∼80℃로 유지된 물에 산화티탄피복섬유상 붕산알루미늄을 분산시켜 얻을 슬러리에 슬러리의 PH를 205로 유지시키면서, 동시에 첨가하여, 안티몬으로 도우프된 산화 주석화합물을 석출하여 섬유상 붕산알루미늄위에 피막을 형성하고, 슬러리를 여과, 세정, 건조한 뒤 생성물을 소성하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 도전성필터의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 산화티탄피복 섬유상 붕산알루미늄위에 도전성물질의 층을 형성하는 공정은, 60∼80℃로 유지된 물에 산화티탄피복 섬유상 붕산알루미늄을 분산시켜 얻을 슬러리에 주석산 알카리금속용액을 첨가하고, 슬러리의 PH를 묽은 황산용액을 첨가하여, 1.5∼3.0으로 점차로 내려 주석화합물을 석출시켜 섬유상 붕산알루미늄위에 피막을 형성하고, 슬러리에, 그 PH를 1.5∼3.0으로 유지하면서, 염화 안티몬용맥 및 알칼리용액을 동시에 점차로 첨가하여 안티몬화합물을 석출해서 막을 얻고, 슬러리를 여과하고, 세정, 건조 및 생성물을 300∼800℃에서 소성 하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 도전성필터의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
