제3도는 상기한 변속기의 내부구조를 나타내는 제1도의 화살표 A방향에서 본 측면도.
Claims (4)
- 엔진의 출력축에 연결되는 주축(1)과 이주축(1)과 평행으로 배치되어 주축(1)의 구동력이 전달되는 부축(2)와를 구비한 변속기에 있어서, 상기한 부축(2)에 톱니결합되는 디퍼렌실(27)의 기어(28)에 의해 끌어올려진 윤활유를 상기한 주축(1) 및 부축(27)의 디퍼렌셜(27)에서 먼쪽의 끝부분에 인도하는 윤활유도입수단(3)을 갖는 변속기의 윤활구조로서 상기한 윤활유도입수단(3)에 상기한 디퍼렌셜(27)의 기어(28)근방에서까지 뻗어나와 그 기어(28)에 의해 끌어올려진 윤활유를 받는 수용부(22)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 윤활구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용부(22)의 하측에서 받은 윤활유를 상기한 부축(2)를 상기한 디퍼렌셜(27)에 가까운쪽에서 지지하는 제1의 축받이부(20) 방향으로 흐르게하는 편향수단(29)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 윤활구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용부(22)의 하측에서 받은 윤활유를 상기한 주축(1)을 상기한 디퍼렌셜(27)에 가까운 쪽에서 지지하는 제2의 축받이부(12)로 인도하도록 상기한 수용부(22)가 상기한 제2의 축받이부(12)부근의 케이스(33)측에 뻗어서 형성되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 윤활구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 윤활유도입수단(3)이 간막이부(30)에 의해 복수의 유로(31)(32)로 분할되어 있고, 윤활유를 상기한 변속기의 소정의 개소에 공급하는 공급구(31a)(31b)(32b)가 상기한 각 유로(31)(32)에 마련되는 한편, 상기한 간막이부(30)에 상기한 각 유로(31)(32)를 상호 연달아 통하게 하는 연통부(31a)가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기의 윤활구조.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
