제1도는 본 발명에 따른 에어콘의 루버위치 및 팬속도 조절회로도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 에어콘의 공기흐름도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 루버의 위치각도 표시도.

Claims (4)

  1. 에어콘의 냉방중에 설정온도와 실내온도의 차를 이용하여 루버의 위치와 팬의 속도를 자동조절하여 에어콘의 실내온도를 자동제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어콘의 루버위치 및 팬속도 조절방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 루버위치의 제어는 압축기 및 실외팬이 오프상태이면 스텝모터를 구동하여 루버의 최소위치 각도를 제어하고, 압축기 및 실외팬이 '온'상태이면 실내온도와 설정온도를 비교하여 그 온도차에 따른 스텝모터를 구동하여 루버의 위치각도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어콘의 루버위치 및 팬속도 조절방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 팬속도 조절은 압축기 및 실외팬이 오프상태이면 실내팬을 미풍제어하고, 압축기 및 실외팬이 '온'상태이면 실내온도와 설정온도를 비교하여 그 온도차에 따라 실내팬을 미풍,약풍,강풍 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어콘의 루버위치 및 팬속도 조절방법.
  4. 팬모터 구동회로(4)와 실외팬 및 압축기 구동회로(8)와 스텝모터 구동회로(3)를 포함하는 일반적인 에어콘 회로에 있어서, 냉방운전 및 설정온도를 입력받아 마이콤(IC1)으로 인가하는 리모콘 수신부(1)와, 실내온도를 감지하여 마이콤(IC)으로 인가하는 실내온도 검지부(2)와, 상기 리모콘 수신부(1)로 부터 냉방운전 및 설정온도를 입력받고 실내온도 검지부(2)로 부터 실내온도를 입력받아 설정온도와 실내온도를 비교하여 그 차에 따라 스텝모터와 실외팬 및 압축기와 팬모터를 구동하는 마이콤(IC1)을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어콘의 루버위치 및 팬속도 조절회로.
