제1도는 본 발명의 삼층 베어링 금속의 확대 단면도이고, 제2도는 본 발명의 사층 베어링 금속의 확대 단면도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 강철 이면 금속, Al 또는 Al계 합금 접착층, 그리고 베어링 합금층의 삼층 구조로 되고, 베어링 합금층의 화학조성이 Sn35∼65중량%, Bi 0.5∼l0중량%, Cu 0.1∼1.5중량%, 그리고 Al와 부수적 불순물이 잔량으로 구성되는 대형 엔진용 베어링금속.
  2. 강철 이면 금속, Al 또는 Al 합금 접착층, 베어링 합금층 그리고 Pb, Sn 또는 이들의 합금 표면층의 사층 구조로 되고,베어링 합금층의 화학조성이 Sn 35∼65중량%, Bi 0.5∼10중량%, Cu 0.1∼l.5중량%, 그리고 Al과 부수적 불순물이 잔량으로 구성되는 대형 엔진용 베어링 금속.
  3. 제l항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 베어링 합금층이 Sn 35∼65중량, Bi 0.5∼10중량%, Cu 0.l∼1.5중량% 추가로 Mn, Ni, Si,Ag, Mg, Sb 그리고 Zn으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 5중량% 또는 그 이하, 그리고 Al 그리고 부수적 불순물이 잔량으로 구성되는 대형 엔진용 베어링 금속.
